Called and they were able to send someone the next day to assist with some small projects. Doug came out and provided friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service.
Lex did a great job on the kitchen floor. I love how it turned out. He knows what he’s doing and worked the entire time. Would hire again.

Edit: We canceled plans to have this done. You're gonna offer a refund for the time (you said 15 minutes, he took that long on trip 1 and nearly an hour the next 2 trips!) he took 3 trips to the store and that makes it right? We didn't hire you to try and do jobs. You expected us to pay for over an hour of jobs that he didn't finish or screwed up. He drilled holes in our cement steps that now need to be fixed, he ruined a railing screw that was needed. But you think you understand the frustration of a morning wasted and 2 hours of nothing at all completed. Sure.
Do NOT rely on them! The handyman was super nice, but couldn't fix anything! Told them what w needed done, they gave us an upfront price for coming out and for first hour with 15 minute additional costs. Should've been 30 minute for all three tasks. 3 tasks and he couldn't do one at all after 30 minutes trying (said it wasn't his doing), kept messing the second. Went to the store and got the wrong part even tho he knew what he needed, went back, went to another store. Ruined one of the pieces by putting it in wrong. The Office says they can't all do every little thing. That's why they're hired! To DO things! 2 hours and NOTHING was fixed. Kept trying to say he'd do the job and knock off some time. Ended up canceling the whole thing. He even said they didn't tell him 1 of the jobs and the other he coulda picked up the part on the way if he'd been told! Horrible communication and they can't even send people who know how to do the jobs we explained needed to be done, but somehow that was OUR fault. Advertise a service of "no job too small" but can't even do simple tasks. Never again and will never recommend! Wasted all morning, caused so much stress, canceled plans to have it done and they act like it's no big deal and not their concern!

Chris did a fantastic job installing our 55” Roku TV with sound bar!! He did careful, methodical, meticulous, professional and excellent work to center the TV over the mantle of the fireplace! The TV looks like it should have always been right where he placed it… We are very pleased with our results, his expertise and superb work, with attention to every detail made all the difference. He was helpful, listened to our request and very pleasant to have in our home, and do the work that we’d not have known how to do ourselves . I’d recommend him to any of our friends, family, colleagues and neighbors! The work that Chris did has greatly improved our home! He also checked the attic for any issues and took several photos for us. We have peace of mind knowing our attic is also safe and secure. Chris, thank you again for your help!
