Amazing Company!
I called 10 different companies and my OEM car dealership for a new push-to-start car key and Safeway Lock & Key had the lowest price and fastest timing.
The locksmith who helped me was extremely fast, honest, professional, and a very very kind man.
He arrived to my location within 30 minutes and completed my OEM push-to-start key in 20 minutes.
I saved myself over 250$ that I would have spent to the thieves at my dealership for just the key alone! I would have to had to pay even more money to tow my car to the dealership to get it programmed and cut but Safeway came to me with the new OEM key and did it on site!
Don’t go to your dealership if you need a new car key, use this company! Their prices and convenience are so much better than the rest.

Horrible Horrible Horrible AT FIRST - Read entire post
Needed new storm door handle assembly and inner mechanism. Spoke to technician, Larry who called at the time he was supposed to show up and asked for an extra hour. (5pm to 6pm)
6:15 - no Larry - 6:20 technician Sam calls and said he’d be right there because Larry couldn’t make it. Shows up at 6:45. Drilling in the door from till 9pm.
Long story short, Sam installed the outer brass housing crooked on the outside of the door. (Looks ridiculous) The new storm door handle smacks up against the frame as it closes
Sam wanted $300 for this. Just to get him out of my house I offered $225 which he accepted. I’m sick about the whole experience.

Update to the group on this post:
Management from Safeway Lock and Key have laid out a plan that would fully address my problem as reported in this post. I am cautiously optimistic after a visit to my house that he will follow through with the solution as described. There was a fast response to my complaint which has left me hopeful that a resolution is at hand.
I will keep this thread open till resolution.
***New Information:
Since this post the owner came to my house and replaced the bad door handle with a brand new Andersen door handle that looks great. He repaired the drill holes made by the original incompetent worker and did some paint touched up at no cost… and on top of that, he refunded my original payment. ?

He opened my car quickly but my key was not inside. He told me he could make a key for $150 but I couldn't afford it. He said he was loosing money because I couldn't get my bank transfer to work then he said I had not done enough in my yard ans mosquitoes were biting him. I explained that the heat had been too much since I'm 70 years old. I was already upset and he made it worse. I hope I never see them again.

My key broke. I only had one and was so stressed as to what to do. I was working late. No problem. The technician came to me. Charged a fair price. Done in about 20 minutes. Seamless. So easy and made my night! I would definitely recommend.
