Submitted an online request for a commercial awning quote, called a couple days later after not hearing a response, was told that it would take a week for the estimator to call and schedule. I called again after a week had past and was basically blown off. The project was for a fairly significant amount of money (100k), I don't know too many companies that are making so much money that they'd be that poor in customer service.
Capital Canopies did a great job. Good Workers an polite.

I just want to say how good this company really is. I used them 20 plus years ago to put up a very large Canopy 25 x 80 ft and I just reused them to recover it and do the maintenance plan on it. I didn’t even have to replace any frame work because they did such a fantastic job the first time 20 plus years ago. All I can say you pay for what you get and that’s great workmanship, material and customer service from the whole team involved. I also would like to thank the owner Arnold for running such a great company!
I would recommend them over any other company out there.
