Great company. The install crew arrived early and were ready to work by 8:30 am. The only hold back was the material not being delivered the day before. They didn’t want to start right away until they confirmed the material was arriving. After completion, there was a follow-up call to make sure everything went well.
Where do I start, The McGee Fence experience was amazing. Starting with Mr. Bill coming to my house and walking us through the whole process. Even when the HOA tried to give us a hard time Mr. Bill came back out to our house to rectify the problem. On the day of installation, the Forman was very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up all of the debris and did a complete walk-around of the yard. Awesome job McGee Fence!! Thank you for your service.

Do not bother calling McGee Fence unless you are installing new, removing and replacing old / damaged fencing. The main job I called for is to have a 14’ +/- section of 6’ 9Ga galvanized chain link fence replaced with two 6’ wide gates for a 12’ gate opening along with 2 galvanized poles for a 4’ 6’ Ga galvanized gate repaired/replaced as they started to tip from frost heaving. I also asked for a separate quote to replace 47, 4”x4” wood posts for the 6’ pressure treated stockade fence. The fence has been in place approx. 18 years in the last 2.5 years I have replaced all the wood fence panels so they are not rotted and replaced several of the 4”x4” posts over the years do to wind/ tree damage and or severe warping. I offered to drop all the wood fence panels and pull all the wood posts to save myself some money and them the time involved for the job. The following are screen captures of the reply I received from their estimator. Note I did have to ask him to call me instead of discussing the work via text, when he did call, I had to take pictures of the gates etc. and send them via txt he never actually came out to look at the work. The employees I spoke with were all professional and polite, albeit I think the estimator should have at minimum come out to look at the job. Apparently, it is the company owner’s decision not to bid the job.

I recently contacted McGee Fence for an estimate on Vinyl & Composite steps. The representative came to my home within two days of my estimate request with all applicable supplies in hand (measuring tape, composite samples, booklets to review step/deck options and pictures). The quote was the best out of all companies located in the DMV. I made a deposit and agreed to an appointment date. The office staff kept me informed via phone and email of my deposit confirmation, remaining balance and appointment date. 24-hours prior to my appointment, I received a phone call and email reminder of my appointment. The morning of my appointment, the staff members were on time, came prepared with all supplies and needed nothing from me until their work was complete. They cleaned up all their supplies, swept my concreted from any remaining debris and were both extremely professional. I’d give additional stars if Google allowed! I’d recommend this company to anyone seeking house modifications!

Vince was a great sales man. Responsive and on time. Explained all options available and got us exactly what we wanted. Although the fence was backordered due to COVID for about a month. The fence was installed on 2 days as promised and looks phenomenal. Everything is level, all the gates work great, and the crew were professional and left no trash behind.
