495 Garage Door service was very prompt after the coil spring on my garage door broke. They scheduled my appointment quickly and the technician assigned, Isaac, communicated consistently about when he would arrive and was prompt. Isaac explained everything very well, completed the job quickly, and provided friendly customer service. I would recommend.
Hugo of 495 Garage Door did an exceptional job of assessing the problems with our garage doors and provided excellent resolutions and repairs. This is not our first time using 495. Their technicians and customer service reps have always been first-class.

Excellent job 495 movers. Rafael was the technician that came to do the installation of our Chamberlain B4505T - 3/4hp belt, MyQ, 2 remotes, 1 keypad, wall button, safety sensors. He did an amazing job he was professional and super fast it only took him about 45 minutes to install and he took the time to patiently show us all of the features. Make sure you ask for Rafael. The cost was pretty reasonable at $625. Because we wanted to make sure their labor was warrantied. Life time warranty on the motor and belt is wild!!

Today, I had an emergency garage door issue. Made a call to 495 Garage Door and they rescue me. Mr. Isaiah Service Representative was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. Excellent service.
