I recently called Brown’s when another appliance repair company diagnosed the problem with our dryer, said they’d fix it within two weeks, and then kept bumping us further and further out. Fast forward to two days before we absolutely needed to have our dryer fixed for hosting a crowd, and I called Brown’s to see if by any miracle they could come quickly. They called me back right away to say they were booked out a week but then PROCEEDED TO PATIENTLY WALK ME THROUGH HOW TO FIX THE DRYER MYSELF. I followed their detailed steps for disassembling our specific Maytag model dryer, fixing the wheels, and installing a new belt, and IT ACTUALLY WORKED. That is how good these guys are - I just told them my dryer model and the problems and they were like “oh, piece of cake, here’s what you need to do…” Brown’s took the time to share their expertise and help me at no cost. What a kind thing to do. They will definitely be who we call first for all our future appliance repairs and who we recommend to others.

FANTASTIC customer service, very clean and neat, polite and so fair and reasonable with his pricing. If I need something fixed again, Brown's Appliance will be my first call. He didn’t have the part he needed, but it was ordered promptly and he was back within three days. I found the costs to be reasonable and I like how he structures his billing. I called Brown’s yesterday and they were able to come to my house today. 2 of the 4 burners on my glass top stove recently started to heat without even being used or turned on. (Super concerning). He immediately was able to do diagnostics and I needed 2 element switches replaced. He had them on hand and was able to do the work today. He knows his stuff, was very quick to respond and prices were very fair. Much better than having to buy a whole new stove/oven, especially these days. Definitely recommend.
