Not only did Joe fix the ignition on our GE Cafe oven quickly but he made sure everything was working properly and offered advice on self cleaning, was friendly and did some additional testing to make sure everything was in order.
While we really loved the technician who came to do the repair, the repair was unable to be done (no fault of the technician). We were told we would be refunded in 5-10 days, and here we are over 3 months later and needing to contact the state attorney general for help because the billing department reported us for fraud in our attempts to get the refund. Which is extra rich because they not only did not give us our refund but made an unauthorized fraudulent charge of their own for $80 a month after the service was provided.

The technician was a Godsend. So knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what was happening with my refrigerator. I had a lot of questions and he knew the answers to all of them. He fixed the problem and was so easy to communicate with. Clearly he had a lot of experience.

The 2nd technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I give him 5 stars. The first technician missed a huge problem hiding behind the initial evaluation which caused extra time for our appliance to be repaired. The Sears Appliance application needs some fixing. They didn’t have the correct date for repair meanwhile I am getting text messages about the actual repair date. There needs to be a computer tech to repair that app especially if you have to be home all day waiting for the service tech.

This review is no reflection on the repair tech's. The ones ive had contact with are nice and want to be helpful and know how to repair appliances. Its the overseas folks that have to deal with a outdated limited computer database.Horrible horrible horrible. The protection agreement is useless. 2 months without a fridge. Wrong info on account never updated. Many times calling to get service. No calls no shows no emails for service appointments. Don't bother with there protection agreements.

I contacted Sears for dryer repair. They sent out a technician that didn’t know what he was doing and was watching YouTube videos about the dryer.
Eventually I got another more experienced tech to come repair but the “repair” turned my dryer that wasn’t working well into a dryer that did not work period.
I was told by sears I would get a full refund but over 2 months later am still out all my money. I’ve contacted them via email 10 time with no response and phone calls 13 times (fun fact the only number that picks up is their scheduling department).
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will break your appliances, over charge you and will ghost you at the slightest issue.
I had to resort to initiating a chargeback with my credit card company.

Easy to schedule an appointment for dishwasher repair. Got confirmation texts before and during the repair day of April 25th. However, the was a no show, no call, no nothing. I took time off to meet the tech during the schedule window of 8 am to 5 pm. Now I'm getting automatic texts for weeks to reschedule with no acknowledgement that they no showed and no called. I have tried to get someone on the phone. No option to get real person. I don't recommend wasting your time...

I almost never leave reviews which says something to my frustration with service.
My wife and I purchased a dishwasher several months ago and got a service warranty along with it.
After taking time away from work, our technician came many hours later than we were told to expect. The updates regarding the arrival of the technician were not helpful in the least.
Despite this, we found the technician to be very kind.
He tested our dishwasher to say that it was draining. My wife and I both asked to see that this was true, to which he tested it with a glass of water. This did not seem to be an accurate assessment of what was going on.
He showed us what to do should the issue return, which we have done several times over following his visit.
Shortly thereafter we found that this issue had not been resolved as the dishwasher did not drain after use.
Speaking with “customer service” is truly a terrible experience. They made no effort to help expedite service despite us already taking time away from our schedules despite a failed initial service attempt.
To say that we are dissatisfied is an understatement.

The technician was very helpful and very professional. He diagnosed the issue with the washer quickly and was able to fix it without difficulty. He then ran all the tests to make sure that everything was in good working order and explained to me in detail what I can do as a consumer to maintain the machine and prevent undue wear and tear. I would highly recommend him and the service to anyone who is in need of appliance repair.
