We would like express to Fortin management our sincere appreciation for a job well done. You guys once again live up to your reputation for quality, consistency and integrity. Aaron and Codie the siding installers and carpenters are packed up and gone, we already miss them :). Those two are top notch! Thank you for your efforts and support for the unexpected issues we encountered. You always included us in discussion and decisions and were always there to help and make it right.

Working with Mark was an exceptional experience. Mark handled every situation with utmost professionalism, flexibility, and accommodation. After securing a lot, Chris and Cherie assisted us in finalizing the plans and selecting every item for our new home. Once construction began, Jake became our primary point of contact consistently keeping us informed throughout the building process until completion. After the build process was complete, Bub helped with final touches and is there to call for any warranty issues. We are fortunate to now reside in a brand new home in a beautiful wooded area of Maine.

Full disclosure to all reading this comment; I am a very tough grader. In order to get five stars, you would need to be perfect. That said, I recently used Fortin Construction for the construction of my new home and I walked away from the experience very impressed. Fortin Construction was very thorough and well organized every step of the way. They made a process that could have been very daunting and overwhelming (from the purchase of our land, all the way to the selection of each material used in our home construction), a relative breeze. Their knowledgeable staff has assisted me at every twist and turn, including months after moving in. As I look to expand or add on to our home in the future, Fortin Construction will be the first team I dial.

This review is long overdue and very well-deserved. Outstanding work by Fortin Construction to build my forever home for me. I could not be happier with the final product and the outstanding service and professionalism I have received from initial contact through the present 4+ years after completion. Major kudos and props to Cherie and Chris for the design assistance, Jake getting it built, and Bub for the best most fantastic customer service you could ask for. If ever I were to build another house, this is the all-star team I'd want. ***** 5-stars isn't enough *****

If I could leave more than five stars, I absolutely would. After a bad experience with another builder, I contacted Mark via email explaining what my wife and I were looking to build. He responded the next day and was upfront about the waiting list they currently had. We scheduled a meeting the following week. During that meeting, we designed a beautiful home and worked with Mark to adjust the floorplan, so we stayed within budget. It was a seamless, stress-free meeting and we left so excited and so impressed. We then met with Chris to finalize the floor plan and materials and he was amazing to work with. Likewise, Cherie was so nice and tried to keep us in budget while letting us make the flooring and cabinet selections we wanted. While we ran into delays due to paint shortages, Jake kept us in the loop throughout the building process and did a great job. We are finally in our home, and it is unbelievably beautiful. Everyone who walks inside comments about how beautiful the home is and everyone who worked on it clearly has pride in their work.
