Ryan was awesome very professional and knowledge. Great technician. He read up on the error codes so the fix was very quick and he stayed until he knew everything was working. I will definitely use Airserv in the future.
Our installation proved to be more difficult than anticipated, but their technicians were up to the challenge and got the job done professionally and timely. They all worked well together and were very pleasant with us as well.

Simple outstanding. Splitter on the hottest day of year decided to pour water into the house. Called at 9 am. By 11 am tech was there. Fixed issue. Clogged and dirty. Unit needed cleaning. He clearly explained everything going on. Person I spoke to on phone clearly explained upfront cost payment. Highly recommended.

I understand business cost but when you're a customer for 5 years and have had heating pumps and furnace work done every year then have a problem with a oil pump on your furnace and are told by the office that they can work out a payment for you if there is a problem, only to have them come out and try and charge you $568 for a $100 part and then tell you they will only bill you and if the work is done now and they can add the $125 service charge on top of the repair cost......THATS REDICOLOUS. The part cost $109.00 online so you tell me who's getting screwed? I had to pay more for the service call that I was never told would cost me then the actual part. Goodbye Tony! By the way, get your vans registered and inspected. its 2024 not 2023.

Great company with great customer service. They’ve responded to two emergencies for me (furnace died and hot water heater). In both instances, they went above and beyond to help get me running again. Great employees for sure. Very thankful for them!

Office staff and technicians were cheerful and knowledgeable. Technicians came quickly and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They offered advice on how to avoid more costly repairs through scheduled maintenance. Thank you Aire Serv!

The guys showed up promptly since we were without heat. They were very people oriented, funny and knowledgeable! They completed the work quickly even though they had to go after the part they needed! Great Job!

They came in and did an excellent job of removing my 29 year old boiler and installing an NTI Caprice. The multiple technicians spent about 12 hours downstairs making sure that I would have heat that day, then came back the next day to make sure it was all functioning properly, cleaned up, and did the finishing touches. They did a lot of work and a fantastic job. Definitely recommend, cheers!
