Waited 3 weeks for a quote on new counter and sink. finally called Dawn to see if she’d had time to work on it. I was told “oh I sent that to your email awhile ago”. I looked through all my emails and spam NOTHING. So I called and left a message, never got a call back. Decided to swing into the store to see if I could pick up the quote. Told Dawn not sure what was going on with my email but I was not getting the quote. Her response was “oh maybe i didn’t send that.she then proceeds to tell me. “ I’m working on something right now. Just as soon as I finish this I will move you
to the top of the list.” Asked her if she could print it off so i could take it with me but funny, she couldn’t remember which system she had it in. Seriously!! All this was 2 weeks ago and still not a word.
How you lie directly to people or not answer their calls and still stay in business is beyond me.

Dawn was great to work with! She immediately helped me find what I needed, ordered it and had it within a day! Thank you Dawn! Great selection too! Highly recommended!

Dawn was delightful to work with. Also, the companies she uses for install, etc. are top notch. I love my new countertop. Beautifully installed and a great price.

We had the same issue with Dawn. She came out to our house and took measurements to redo kitchen and bath. Called, "I'm working on it." Over a month later, no estimate. Log story short, we went into the store twice within 4 months. Dawn said she had plan almost complete and would call us....over a year now....nothing. We have moved on and our kitchen has been redone with the help of Hammond in Belgrade. Don't know how she stays in business. If you don't want our money....just tell us instead of lying about it ad hoping we go away...which we did...so I guess it did work for you but was probably better for us.

Work was good. Misrepresented price to be complete job. Shame on me but beware.

Great business to deal with! Ordered countertops from here they have a great selection to choose from and are very helpful. I was uncertain on a style and color and they had me take a couple pics of my kitchen and made a suggestion on color and style and it looks amazing! Did the install my self and all pieces fit perfectly. I Will definitely use this business again in the future. Thanks again kitchen Encounters for all your help!!

Went for an estimate and after 4 weeks went back and was told, "oh, I'm working on it right now". 4 weeks later still no estimate. Meanwhile my new countertop is being installed by someone else, who gave me an estimate in 3 days.

I worked with Dawn to completely renovate my bathroom. As it was a small space, I wanted help in making it seem larger. Dawn did a marvelous job and I was thrilled with the results. When I had a minor issue with a towel bar Dawn made sure that it was fixed at no cost to me. She stands by her work and is easy to work with. I would highly recommend her services.

Came here a couple of years ago for a granite estimate for my kitchen- never heard back from her. Spent 6 grand somewhere else. I have since experienced this with 2 other small businesses regarding granite installs. They complain about the big box stores taking their business while making themselves unavailable - if you want the business, follow through. It's simple logic.

Attempted to get an estimate twice, its been weeks with nothing in return. Guess she's not interested in getting any money.... too bad, Home Depot got my business because they were affordable, helpful, and PROMPT!!!!

I started working with Dawn St. Peter of Kitchen Encounters in mid July and by mid November I had my dream kitchen! I couldn't be happier with the end result!! Dawn was wonderful to work with. She's a great listener and offered great suggestions. She directed me towards a line of cabinets called Candlelight Cabinetry and she was right. Our cabinets are beautiful, like a piece of fine furniture and absolutely compliment our farmhouse look. She also helped me find the perfect farmhouse sink and hardware for the cabinets. Remodeling a kitchen is stressful but Dawn was a great listener and extremely professional. If a problem popped up, however small, she was on it. I highly recommend her!

A month ago my mother and I visited to get an estimate on kitchen cabinets. Here it is over a month later and after a couple phone calls and a second visit and no estimate after being assured they would email the estimate that day. Guess Dawn doesn't want my money. Shame....
