Scott and his crew were courteous, respectful of keeping the area clean during the process, and the price was very reasonable. Initially, I chose a gray color for the grout. Scott explained how it would look overall and suggested the white grout. So glad I listened to him! This is just the look I was trying to achieve. I would definitely use this business again.

It seems Scott and staff are nice enough but have absolutely no followup without 4 personal trips to store where staff clearly just giving lip service to follow ip and correct new construction laminate flooring. Multiple issues from bowing up, pulling appart, trip hazard in very busy open kitchen travel areas. I'm giving up because I can't waste any more time on these people. Run fast away.

This company was hired as a subcontractor to do the carpet in our refinished basement. Carpet was loosely cut and fit in the corners and on the stairs. Newly finished paint and trim was gouged, scraped, and scuffed. Painters need to come back to repair the damage. Our couches were damaged being moved through a doorway. Staff at company are responsive and polite. I will not make any commentary, just share pictures of the work.

I had new beginnings come to my home to take measurements of my bathroom to have tile installed. I’ve been calling for two weeks for the estimate and the girl keeps saying she’ll do it, but hasn’t. I even had my husband go to the location to ask for it, at which point she pulled out the file and acted as tho she’d get started on it, but over a week later, and still nothing. I actually had to just give up and accept she wasn’t going to do it. Disappointing service.

Just had a great experience having luxury vinyl plan flooring installed in our kitchen and laundry room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't decide between two styles so they offered to get a full box of planks in for me to try. No deposit required for the box of planks! The installation went really smoothly and I love my new floors.

This company did a terrible job on the new flooring at my home. We moved here from California and have had a lot of contract work done at my homes before. The tile work in my bathrooms and kitchen have many trip hazards due to uneven tiles. My mother is 87 and has almost fallen several times. The laminate floor transitioning from the living room to kitchen is coming up in several places. Their solution to this was to stuff numerous shims under the flooring causing the floor to buckle at the sides and ends of the laminate. Customer service is impossible to work with because they act offended that I ask for repair

Amazing family, amazing business, amazing floors!!! I can't say enough about the level of quality and professionalism. My fiancé and I went to the store, and looked at so many beautiful flooring options. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the hardwood best for our bedroom! We wanted something different than the existing oak we have in our kitchen/ living room, but we also wanted them to compliment each other nicely. Lindsey was completely a mind reader because she selected the perfect rustic maple for the job!!!! They worked with our budget and got us the best price around. No one can compete with these people! They are absolutely the best! The installment was a breeze, and they cleaned up EVERYTHING before leaving for the day. It was like the beautiful new floor magically appeared. I could not even get them in my house! First of all I called to set up an appointment and was told the person did not know the estimates schedule and had to call me back. 3 days go by and no call ,so I called them and got the answering machine. I expressed that I needed an estimate and hadn't been called back yet. Still no call. Called again a week or two later ( house remodeling made caused it to slip by) left repeat message, still no call. Finally the forth call was able to get a person and appointment for 2 weeks later. Appointment day came n no show. I called and it seemed like the person didn't even know I had an appointment. She called the estimater and apparently he couldn't get there for 2 hours( mind you I would have to sit in my car because it is a 90 degree day and we don't live there so no a.c.) I think the whole runaround and lack of respect for my time was unprofessional. I know sometimes different contractors get caught up but no call? I never had to work so hard just to try to give someone my money.
