We were moving our daughter into her new apartment in Westbrook, ME in October, 2013. After we rented a truck and loaded it with all her stuff we realized there was a lot more there than we expected. I was never going to be able to haul it up the three flights of very steep stairs to her apartment, without having a heart attack.
With one days notice I started calling around to find a company that could unload the truck and carry the contents into the apartment.
Liberty Bell came though and sent us two guys that met us at the apartment when they said they would show up. I thought it would take all after noon to move the contents upstairs but they were done in less than 2 hours without any damage or any other issues.
Although they weren't the cheapest around they only had a 2 hour minimum charge with $50 travel time to our site.
The guys were pleasant, polite and efficient. I'd recommend Liberty Bell to anyone looking for a moving company.
If you only saw how they transported your stuff ? dudes swerving from lane to lane (for no reason) man I feel bad for the people that hire these guys. And before they attempt to gas themselves up for no reason I see the reviews yall suck just like ur unsafe driving skills.

Liberty Bell Moving made our out of state move very easy and smooth. The movers were on time, courteous, and moved our possessions in a timely manner to our out of state storage facility. The rates were very reasonable and David was always available to answer any questions via email prior during or after the move. I would highly recommend Liberty Bell Moving & Storage for all your moving needs in Maine or out of state.

Hands down the best experience.
My family and I were in a real time crunch after purchasing our new home. I called Liberty Bell and they made it possible to help us out. They sent 4 great guys who were real machines and did whatever we needed to get it done. They were professional, friendly, curtious and every time something heavy had to go to the attic or basement they said” no problem” with a smile. If I ever need moving services again, Libery Bell will be who I call. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called Liberty Bell Moving & Storage after having a difficult time getting my closing date set for the purchase of my home. Once I got the green light to move in, I went on the Liberty Bell website and scheduled a truck and moving team for the following day. I was surprised they were able to accommodate me on such short notice.
They arrived promptly and moved my belongings with a good attitude and were very helpful. Kudos to Larry and Caden (my moving team). They were quick and efficient.
I hope to never move again, but if I do I will use Liberty Bell services.

Liberty Bell did an absolutely phenomenal job helping me with my move, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The movers were wonderfully kind and never stopped working, and I would absolutely use their service again and recommend them to anyone preparing to move. They made my move so easy and stress free.

We recently moved to our new house and we found Liberty Bell Moving to be professional, courteous, and able to accommodate us on our short schedule. They were even able to come in on a Saturday to pack. And if we had wanted they would have moved us on Sunday! As far as we're concerned, this goes above and beyond the customer service the "big" moving companies could offer. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable.
