I was moving a mirror top to a dresser to a moving truck and because the
factory assembly was very cheesy the oval shaped mirror fell out of the frame walking to the truck. It completely shattered when it hit the ground.
I took the frame mirror less to O & P GLASS 140 Capital Street in Augusta
for a estimate for complete replacement repair. I thought this was going
to cost me a small fortune. I was very wrong. The repair was about 1/3 of
what I expected so I left the frame there for repair. I did not expect the
repair to be completed for at least a week. Less than 24 hours after
leaving the store, the same rep that did my paperwork, called me and
said my piece was ready for pickup. Upon picking up my mirror and
frame, the rep went over with me on how the repair was made and
superior to the cheesy factory craftmanship. O & P GLASS in Augusta
Maine will always get my business for all things glass.

Great company. The rep i dealt with, Asia, went above and beyond to get my window fixed in a timely manner. Professional and friendly. Great installation of my window. I would definitely recommend O and P glass!

We used Oakes and Parkhurst to replace seven upstairs windows in our home. I can't say enough how glad I am we went with them. The windows are beautiful, great quality, the price was reasonable, the work was well done, communication from office staff was wonderful. Home Depot quoted us twice the price to install bottom-tier windows with 1-star reviews on their own website. From start to finish we had a positive experience with Oakes and Parkhurst. Highly recommend. I've since used them to have several pieces of glass cut for art work, and each time it was quickly done, a great quality product and reasonably priced.

I highly recommend O&P Glass. They are professional, kind and helpful. I had shower issues and they were so reasonable in coming to help to resolve. I have had other services done as well and the work is quality. If you need glass, screens or windows in the Augusta area, this is the place to go.

These guys/gals are great! My 32 yo RV needed its windshield reset in its framing and no other glass place would take the job. Other places told me "the front part of the RV roof would collapse if we remove the windshield" or that the "windshield would break". OP glass told me that there was a slight chance of windshield damage but it was unlikely. They then did the job and made it look easy. My windshield is fixed and I'm very happy with that. It was the last major issue to take care of in the restoration of my RV. Thanks a ton O&P.
