I have been working with Sarah and have really enjoyed it. I dislike shopping - especially when there are literally THOUSANDS of options available for every faucet, fixture and door knob. Sarah is very nimble and perceptive, and after just a short discussion she has consistently pointed me to the options that fit my taste and budget. She probably saved me HOURS of time online and gobs of frustration.
Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is shopping for anything home. They say they provide lifetime warranty for all items purchased from them (I have no reason to not believe it, but using cautious language because I haven't had anything break yet)

Nick was excellent. Trying to pick out new lighting fixtures for an older house. Very informative. Understood the price range, and was very helpful. So many lights to choose from so he was very helpful in narrowing it down. Their prices are competitive and you get good customer service. Would recommend.

Beautiful staging and presentation in the store. But be careful because even though the reps are charming they will try to upsell you on expensive things. I had to go online and find a cheaper item, even though I had expressed to the rep I needed it as least expensive as possible, he still upselled me. I don't like that part of it. It's not compassionate nor honest.
