These folks did a beautiful job. Came out to do template and even moved up the date to do that when their schedule changed. Installers arranged to come at 8 a.m. on day countertops ready, even called to say would be a bit early! In no time at all they were done and kitchen looks so nice. Can’t see any seam in the solid surface. Reviewed how to maintain it and answered any questions that I had. Would use them again.

Worst experience ever. Came to measure for granite countertop he looked so professional with his laser. Showed him my soap dispenser top for placement he says yup the norm is 4 inches. What do I know. I called and talked to Meghan about my garbage disposal button and told her the guy with the laser said 4 inches to the right of the faucet for the soap dispenser top so I wanted the garbage disposal button 4 inches to the left. Again what do I know. When they installed the countertop my soap dispenser top wouldn't fit. I called Meghan and she said it's usually 7-8 inches from faucet. Wouldn't you have thought when I called her about placement of the garage disposal button that she would have mentioned the 7-8 inch span on both sides of faucet? So now they're saying it's my fault. I thought a $1000 off would be fair as I have to look at this set up every day. I was not asking for them to replace the whole countertop. So frustrating. I'm just so irritated by the whole experience. But them saying it's my fault is over the top!

There isn’t enough space to explain how bad the quality is from this company. We chose them on a recommendation even though they were substantially more expensive than their competitors. I fully regret that choice and would never do business with this company again. When choosing who to use keep in mind this is the company many local retailers will sub out to. Make sure to ask who will supply, map and install the countertops. This company does not stand by their installation and if they do something wrong they will charge you to fix it.

The installers damaged a brand new pantry cabinet, did not cut the hole for the soap dispenser, and did not attach the counter to the cabinet top on the end of the counter. Bruce was rude, unapologetic, accused my wife of telling them we didn't want the hole drilled for the dispenser and refuses to fix the counter top. Home Depot is trying to resolve. don't do business with Bangor laminates.
