They "installed" two sliding doors to our deck. Two of the double glazed windows have failed, plus the installation of the doors was terrible. CGW fired the installer, and sent another to inspect the work and I recall the fellow telling us "I can't believe we did this job." They leaked wind , and rain, plus the bottom track was not installed straight so the screens and doors never worked as designed. I have had no success getting CGW to remedy their mess, so I have had to hire another contractor to install new doors properly.

Our company ordered a big bay window that took forever to come in went to pick up and one side of the pane was broken. Was told to install and they would come and replace it. 9 months later after a no call no show and no phone calls and them ordering the wrong pane they finally came to replace the glass. An antique glass bottle was on the window sil. They broke the bottle and hid it on the floor and told no one. Completely unprofessional and would never recommend this company to anyone!

I had a great experience here, I shattered the rear window of my boyfriends car, and I was really worried I was in for a costly and time consuming repair.. Neither of these were true, the staff was very helpful and the price was very reasonable. I brought the car to this place first thing the next morning and they had it fixed in just 6 hours! We're not from around here, these guys really saved our vacation! 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered replacement windows for my kitchen. 4 of them. Ordering was a breeze. Paul was very helpful and helped me pick just what i wanted. When they came in, the guys installed them with ease and caulked all necessary places. They are wonderful! Then I decided to go ahead and get my new front doors. Inside and out. Again Paul helped me pick just the right ones. They were installed with ease, at least it looked that way. And they are great! I will always use this business for all my glass needs. Thanks to all!

Had to have my windshield replaced recently (big branch fell on my car). Safelite wouldn’t do it because they would have had to use more adhesive where some metal bent, but was no problem with these guys! They did a great job, put it back into shape and put my windshield in with no problem! It looks perfect and seamless! They even vacuumed out all the glass inside my car. Not to mention it was a little cheaper than other places! Thanks so much! Highly recommend!
