I called on a Friday and they were able to get water to me in Windsor the next Tuesday. Great customer service.
Great service! Called me back on a holiday and they were able to schedule me in within a week despite the busy season. Driver was a pro and was able to back the rig down my longer driveway and get right into position near the pool. My 24' pool was filled up nicely! Would use again and recommend to anyone.

We used this company to do the initial water delivery for our new above ground pool. Don and an employee came bright and early as scheduled a few days prior. Got right to business and helped make sure everything was filling smoothly. They even included my 2 young children by talking with them and honking the horn as they left, it made their day thats for sure. More than reliable people and more than great price!

Would not commit to a specific day of the week for delivery, just "the latter part of the week", and never showed, no phone call. We called and could not get anyone to answer. Left a message. They finally returned our call on Memorial day and asked if we would be around in the evening. Because we had waited so long I asked for a discount. They offered to reduce the cost by 25.00. I felt that 325.00 was still pretty steep and told them not to bother. They wanted to argue that they had to fill the truck with diesel at 6.2 a gallon. They refuse to get the water from a local water source and would rather truck in water from there location which would burn more fuel.

Every pool supply store said to call this place for water fill up for pools! I will never call them back or refer anyone to them! Called 3 times no answer, left a message and took them over a week to call me back.
Got an appointment, but had to wait 2 1/2 weeks and never showed up! Tried calling several times and finally spoke to a kid who told me their parents would call me back and they had a driver call in sick that day. Been over a week since my scheduled appointment and still no phone call back!
This business is very, very Unprofessional, they do not answer phone calls or call you back on time and never mind never showing up with water! ??? Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! People skills..... NOT. They should not be a business and definitely should not be a pool supplier first choice to fill pools! We need someone professional, that respects customers time and scheduling!

We called to schedule a water delivery for our pool in Brunswick. We wanted a 1 PM Sunday arrival and were very pleased when Kyle showed up right on time. He inspected our driveway for safety and navigated the truck into position with no incident. All of our water loads went perfectly and professionally and the water was crystal clear. We will use Don Wing again and recommend them to others.

This company really worked with us to get our pool filled on a tight schedule. We have a long, narrow driveway that the driver navigated very well. They went above and beyond, having to come back 3 times, and the customer service was excellent! Will never go with another company. Highly recommend.

Had to reschedule once but delivery ended up being on day around time Driver did a great job threading up our driveway. Too bad hey are losing a good guy it sounds like.
Hopefully their other drivers are as skilled and personable./ professional.
Would recommend. Would have given five stars but their voicemail doesn’t work and sometimes no one answers during “business hours”
