MEH build our home in Gray in 2021--it is a beautiful place on Little Sebago Lake, and we love it. But this is about the service that MEH provides its customers--post build. A few weeks ago, my cousin's 4-year old daughter pushed a hole through one of our shower/tub units. It appeared to be a defect in the fiberglass. I reached out to Rob Dumont, the 'finish guy', told hime the story and sent pictures. He reached out to the manufacturer, who agreed to cover the defect, and it was repaired without issue or cost to us. Three years later, MEH stands by its product and supports its customers. It was good to be reminded that we picked the right team from the outset...Thanks to Rob and MEH!!

To frame my review, first let me preface with the fact that we extensively researched builders before making the decision to work with Main Eco Homes. The determining factors were customer satisfaction, their in-town (Bridgton) location, their great reputation, and the appeal of their beautiful homes—thankfully we made the right decision to work with MEH, as they have exceeded all our expectations. As of the current date in December 2023, it has been approximately one year and four days since we moved into our custom home built by Main Eco Homes. From my initial outreach to MEH in November of 2021, my experience has been incredible. Upon commencement of putting together a contract, I met with the owner, Justin McIver, who meticulously reviewed every significant detail of the proposed home in a personalized, one-on-one setting. Each one of my requests and questions was met with answers and options. When the time came to finalize the contract, everything was explained to me with clarity, giving me the information necessary to proceed with confidence. Throughout the homebuilding process, I chose to be an active participant, being introduced to every contractor working on the project. This allowed me to form connections and establish rapport with each professional involved. Above all, my project manager, Ben, quickly emerged as my most dedicated advocate and collaborator—never once did I feel that my concerns or requests were dismissed or downplayed. Ben always responded to my calls and texts, regardless of the time or day, and even continues to do so to this day. Ben and Camryn, MEH's interior designer, also gave me extensive guidance on interior/exterior design, and even even made introductions to amazing individuals who aided in furnishing and designing the home. One of the things that amazed me was the remarkable ability of our project manager, Ben, to accurately keep track of every single detail, whether we had forgotten them or not—this is just one small example that details the level of care and professionalism shown to us during the process. The last few weeks of the project were particularly special, as we witnessed the entire home coming together. Having surpassed all our expectations, our project was completed ahead of schedule. Following the move into our new home, MEH has remained committed to standing behind their work, promptly addressing any issues that arise—of which there have been very few. I have never been made to feel like an inconvenience with any request, and the resolution of my concerns have always been promptly addressed with a high level of professionalism. Building a custom home is a HUGE undertaking, and choosing your builder is a a decision not to be taken lightly. This process is capable of becoming one of the best or worst experiences of your life. Fortunately, for us, and for many others who shared a similar journey with MEH, it has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. I have no doubt that this is the direct result of working with Justin and his amazing team at MEH. I want to give a huge shoutout to our project manager and MVP, Ben, and express my deepest appreciation to Justin, Ryan (Electrician), Tyler (HVAC), Ed, Rob, Wayne, Greg, Camryn, Lisa, Danielle, Chris, Josh, and many the other unnamed professionals who contributed to the project. MEH has not only delivered us a beautiful custom home, but has also provided outstanding customer experience, and for that, I will forever be grateful and satisfied.

We could not be happier with our new MEH home. Justin and team were a pleasure to work with from the first meeting to the final closing. The project was a complete tear down and rebuild and started and completed on schedule. We truly felt like everyone working on our home whether an MEH employee or a subcontractor treated the project as if they were building their own home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Rob, our project manager and his entire crew (especially Chris, and Lisa) have gone above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend MEH and their great team!

We spoke to many builders before selecting Main Eco Homes. Owner Justin McIver was the ONLY builder who promised " I will build the house YOU want", and he was true to his word! I had a lot of anxiety about managing a build from out of state, but it could not have been a better experience. They built our dream house, delivered two days earlier than planned, and UNDER BUDGET. The Main Eco Homes team is professional, talented and trustworthy. Our state of the art, energy-efficient, low maintenance home is perfect for us. If you are considering building a house, I highly recommend Main Eco Homes.

The MEH team was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of building our new lake home. Designing and building a custom home involves countless details and decisions and the MEH team did a great job facilitating all of it. We especially appreciated their consistent communication and professionalism. Justin and Ed Wolfe, our project manager were a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend the MEH to anyone looking for a home builder in the lakes region.
