12 star rating for our latest experience!! We’ve been with them for about 6 years and previously had very bad experiences. They have new technicians and are under different management now. The changes are like night and day! The COO JR was phenomenal to work with. He and his team went above and beyond to solve all of our issues from the past. They even carried a 225lb delivery item into my home for us that happened to arrive while they were here. I couldn’t be happier with our customer service and finally feel secure in the knowledge that we will be promptly and expertly taken care of from here on out. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! 7-3-24

Ethan called to tell me he was ahead of schedule. I told him that he could come early. He was very respectful and asked where I would like him to start as my grandson was napping. He did a great job and left everything neat as a pin!

Danielle was really great to work with and is very knowledgeable. Just got another heat pump for the rest of the house.
Ethan did really great work cleaning our existing heat pump and is also very knowledgeable.

I am so thrilled to write this review. The Hometown Heat team is truly exceptional. From the initial assessment phase, where JR and Ryan met with us and discussed our goals, the process of installation and costs to the actual installation. The installation team, Chase, Alec, Ray and Brad were so impressive. They worked as a team, they were professional and made us feel part of every step of the process. Wow...great company!! Most importantly, they tolerated and loved our dog, Cole!!

I wasn't home during the installation of our heat pump but my husband was. He said that they we're very professional and kind. I'm looking forward to using it this summer and next winter.

Hometown Heat Pumps still believes in old fashion customer service. My experience with this company was incredible. Jacob was the person answering the phone and was very professional and made me feel like we were old friend and just scheduling a service appointment. Thank you Jacob.
With in three days the service tech was at our door. Ethan was extremely knowledgable, polite and definitely an asset to your company. He was here for two hours and never stopped working. In closing, both these men are keepers and you are lucky to have them in your employ.

I spoke with Alexis to set up a cleaning and their process was wonderful. I loved the texting option and when we spoke on the phone she was very clear in the expectations and getting something scheduled. The communication the day of the appointment was great and Ethan arrived when expected. He was kind and informative and very mindful of my space. I plan to continue working with Hometown Heat Pumps and would highly recommend them for service.

I would recommend Hometown to anyone. They are courtious, professional, friendly and polite. Ray and Chase did an excellent job installing and explained everything thoroughly.

I can't say enough great things about Home Town Heat Pumps. My experience from consult to installation was fantastic. Everyone was very knowledgeable. The crew was a pleasure to have around. They took the time to show me how to use the unit and remote. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Heat Pump installation or Service. I will definitely continue to use them. Thank to such a fantastic crew!
