We are in the process of completing a large home renovation and discovered some issues with the roof/chimney. Within a few days of contacting Andrew, he sent his crew out to fix it, and they also found some additional areas that needed to be fixed. He was prompt to take care of it, but was transparent with the cost and very fair. Andrew is by far one of the most honest people I’ve met, and he has self created his business due to his commitment to good, quality work, making customers happy with the utmost professionalism.
This roof was our first big project on our home and Andrew was great to work with. He got the job done on time and at a great price! His crew cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there if wasn't for our new roof. Would highly recommend

You could not find a better contractor for your roofing needs than Andrew Michaud with AM Construction & Roofing, Inc. He responded very promptly to my texts and phone calls and the work that his crew performed for me was top notch. The project was completed on time, as expected. Excellent company to having working for you.

During the wind storm in December we lost a ton of shingles off the roof. I called around to get a qoute from many different companies, unsure what I was doing because I had never done it before. Andrew right from the start was upfront an friendly with me. Wanted to help get us a new roof as soon as possible so we didn't have to worry anymore about leaks in the house. Because I was going through insurance I had to get multiple things for insurance an Andrew was always very understanding an patient with the process. Eventually we were able to get the roof job scheduled. There were many challenges through this whole process but never once did I feel uncertain about this company or made to feel like I was irritating. The crew showed up at 8 AM had the roof shoveled an stripped by 10:30 AM, an the job was totally completed by 5 PM. The roof looks great! Company is respectful, friendly an extremely hard working. I would suggest this company to anyone I know, an will be keeping his contact information for when I need my garage roof done!

My house had poor ventilation in the attic causing ice buildup in the winter time. A couple years ago, I hired a different company in the area to resolve these issues. Long story short, that company took about a week to do the job and they still didn't fix the issue and I was left with a lot less money and the same issues that following winter.
Something needed to get done so I turned to Andrew this year who came highly recommended from my peers.
Andrew came in, listened to my concerns and suggested that a ridge vent and a vented roof be installed. Andrews crew came in and got everything done in A DAY (with some very minor touch ups and trim pieces the following day). His crew cleaned everything up as I had no issues with stray roofing nails in the backyard where my children and dogs play.
I've attached two pictures below that illustrate the before and after of this project. In the first picture, you can see the area that wasn't being properly vented as the clear outline of missing frost illustrates. In the second, you can see that the frost is holding and maintaining a cool temp across the entire roof showing proper and adequate ventilation.
We've recently had a couple inches of snow as of this writing and I've seen no sign of ice buildup of any kind throughout my roof.
Your home is your most valuable asset and you can trust that A.M. Construction and Roofing will get the job done right.
I can not recommend them enough and I will certainly use them again for any future projects.

This Spring Keith and I were faced with having our large, detached garage shingled. Through much due diligence Andrew and his crew rose to the top of the list. Every time we communicated with Andrew, he was incredibly quick to respond. The crew arrived on our property at sun-up and as the sun was setting the job was 100% complete! Wow.. completely stripped, shingled and site cleaned up. Efficient, tidy and fair pricing. Many thanks. We would (and have) recommended A.M. Construction & Roofing, Inc. to others!
