Great experience. Their crew was hardworking and provided a quality installation. I dropped off two rolls of ice and water shield and they came right to my truck and grabbed it from me - they wouldn't let me walk it over to them. Would definitely use Austin & Sons again in the future.

I was referred to Austin & Sons by a co-worker whose in-laws had recently had their roof replaced. I contacted them in late February and they started the project in early March. I am very happy with the results. It was a large project with the replacement of the roof and rebuilding of the widow walk. Along the way communication was great with quick responses. Great job of setting expectations. Everyone was great to work with. I was impressed with how efficient they were with their time and how well organized their crews were. I recommend them highly.

In 2015 Austin & Sons installed a new roof on what was then our business and we were totally impressed with the quality of their work not to mention the pleasure of having this crew working on our building—professional and friendly. So now 7 years later when we found ourselves needing a new roof on the house to which we have moved I had no doubts about getting a quote from them. We enjoyed a repeat performance—a prompt response to our request, a price right in the ball park (we did get two other bids.), a professional and very personable crew, excellent workmanship, and impeccable clean-up. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone needing roofing.

The Austin and Sons team did a quick repair for us this spring but it was clear we needed a new roof. The team did a great job. Good communication, excellent work ethic and practices and nice people to have around our home!! They did an excellent job with the clean up too!! We feel so much better knowing it's ready for whatever Maine's weather throws our way! Thanks so much!

Our roof needed replacing and required removal of solar panels and coordination between two vendors. Our neighbors used Austin and Son's a couple years ago so we knew how they approach the work. Revision Energy had to remove the solar panels and the two companies coordinated and and scheduled the work with a minimum of down time for the solar. They told us they would start work at 7:00 AM the day of the installation and were in our driveway getting set up right on time. They were respectful of the property and worked steadily throughout the day. They arrived the next day at 7:00 AM and went right to work, finishing mid afternoon. They went through the yard with magnets picking up nails, gathering debrie, and putting back yard furniture they had moved to avoid damage. They hauled the old roof to the dump. When they left all we needed to do was mow the yard. The roof looks great. We would highly recommend them for roof replacement.
