Great selection in showroom, awesome people to deal with and I can't say enough about the installers. They stopped when the saw an issue with the subfloor and notified me, allowing me a week to repair it. Others may have covered it up and moved on. Vinyl and carpets are tight & look great! I'll be back!

Floor Magic was great to work with. The sub they sent were very nice and courteous. They worked very efficiently and faster than expected. The results are beautiful.

Going from buying relatively cheap flooring at Big Box stores to a whole "experience" shopping at Floor Magic is like night and day. You definitely get what you pay for and for me and my husband, in the past that has been inferior flooring and the hassle of finding someone to install it for us, which is anotber whole headache. Floor Magic takes the stress of the process away and let's you do the things that are easiest and funnest: picking out the flooring and then enjoying it when it's done. The also have some of the nicest installers I've ever met.

I wrote a review of this place - the employee stood me up. They responded that they had "no record of me ever contacting them." Curios. I had an appointment a month out and have a voice mail from them the morning of the appointment (which led to me being stood up). I am glad I made my decision not to work with this store. Buyer beware.

Ann at the Damariscotta location was so wonderful. We were purchasing some new carpeting for a rental, and she completely understood that we were on a budget. She helped us find exactly what we wanted, and then the owner was kind enough to store it for us until a new lease began. Good local business!!

From start to finish, we had an awesome experience! The ladies in the showroom were super friendly and very helpful with advice, etc. Jen came out to measure and was very sweet, and right on time, which we don’t see too often! The installer did an amazing job, very neat and excellent work! Love the products, and we are very happy. Highly recommend!
