After setting up our neighbors, this company came to us. They explained they were in the neighborhood, & wondered if we needed help. We expressed what insects we were concerned with, especially after seeing a wasp nest. We were validated on our concerns, and loved what our plan would cover. We were set up for service for the next day, or so we thought. Less than an hour later, we were getting our service! Inside and out were serviced with care, and our pets were of top concern. They verified inside treatment would be safe to them, and to keep everyone inside for half an hour for the treatment to dry outside. The company let us know what problems are neighbors were having, which luckily had not yet happened to us, yet. We are now proactively treating for problems our neighbors were having, as well as our own insect concerns. This company was very educational on what to look for, what to expect, and how to prevent issues. On top of that, everyone was super courteous, and respectful. We look forward to a long partnership.
Tim was professional, polite and explained what he was doing. He went right to work spraying the inside and outside of my home. It has been 2 days since the protection was applied and I have already seen a decrease in bug activity. I am very pleased and am looking forward to the next treatment.

our regular pest service was scheduling out a month and frankly didn’t appear to be effective! we wanted to address a carpenter ant issue asap so called in Insight Pest Solutions. They have been super communicative and have already done way more work than our regular pest service. Jeremy is an awesome tech! happy to make the switch!! And to top it all off, we found out about them because Kay was in the neighborhood and wanted to let us know that they serviced our neighbors house and would love to take us on. we called a month later after seeing great reviews online and a great convo with Kay! thank you!

I’m very pleased with service I have received so far from both Eddie the sales Rep and Christian my Service Technician. Both men were very professional and knowledgeable and took time to make sure all my questions were answered and addressed. Christian was very thorough in searching for entry points of pests and taking necessary steps to initiate a corrective process. Looking forward to working with my Insight team over the next 12 months.

Both Tyler and Jeremy were professionals,
They knew what to do and did an excellent job for me. They were kind polite and explained everything and put me at ease and just did a fantastic job and were great working around my 3 pups. I was nervous about signing up with your company but thanks to both Tyler and Jeremy I am so happy I did!!! Thank-you both, you are both amazing and did an amazing job for me

An awesome guy in a scooter came around a few days ago marketing ant and insect prevention and nest elimination. We have an ant problem during summers so we said sure. The product is human, pet and eco friendly and kills something like 30 kinds of bugs. Paulo came by today, on time, profesional, shirt tucked in. He made sure I was comfortable with the process and then returned to his truck. A few min later he enters my house (per the process) wearing booties on his shoes, gloves and nice equipment. He was here maybe 30 min, treated everything, inside and outside, cleaned cobwebs from eves and windows, went over what he found and how we should expect to see activity over the next two weeks.
I am highly impressed, 5 out of 5. Call them.

We just started using Insight Pest Solutions and so far our experience has been great. The sales person Joseph was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Answered all our questions.
The technicians Tyler and Jeremy were also knowledgeable and explained everything. They were diligent in finding what needed attention. They were also friendly and courteous.
Overall a great experience so far. Excellent customer service.
