Chris and his team are fantastic & helpful. Checking in on what's needed each season, and working with us for both the regular lawn care, and the 'one off' needs like mulching and fall clean up. Excellent work. Always a courteous crew. And a good value for service.
CP PROPERTY SERVICES is by far the BEST service I have ever received for spring clean up. I contacted the owner, Chris when I was referred via Facebook and he responded to my inquiry immediately and then went above and beyond. The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! I also want to note that the friends we had over this past weekend made several comments on how nice our yard looked. We have had neighbors also comment and ask who cleaned our yard. I am so happy and so thankful for this amazing local company. Thank you CP PROPERTY SERVICES!! Looking forward to using you again in the future!! Our yard is sparkling clean!!

In response to the previous review from today. I am the homeowner where the CP Property crew was working. The previous review states these gentlemen were blowing leaves onto his property. Making it sound as though they were blowing leaves into his yard. Important point there are woods between us. Yes he owns the wooded area however "they were not neatly placed onto his property". A few leaves may have gone to the edge of the woods where there are already many leaves as you would expect. Unfortunately, my neighbor chose to become confrontational with the crew working at my home. The crew of CP Property have always been incredibly professional, polite and do an outstanding job! I have had them for a long time and never had any issues until now. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Chris was great to work with, very responsive. When we had a tree down across our driveway he was over within an hour to remove it. He came back to help us evaluate other dead trees for removal and did a fantastic job of that as well. He has also been mowing our lawn for over a year now and doing a fabulous job and we will continue to use his services. Great service, hard working, honest and fair prices. We would highly recommend him.

After being dropped from our current landscaping company we needed to find a company fast!
CP Property responder quickly! Giving us estimates for several of our locations. We decided to go with CP Properties because of their prompt response and reasonable pricing ! Spring clean Was not an easy one this year and they did an amazing job!
The team is very responsive, professional and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs!

CP Property Services recently performed spring clean of the grounds at my home in Gorham. The team did a very thorough job of removing debris from around the shrubs, bushes and gardens. The lawns look fantastic. The team was professional and punctual and completed the task in less than 2 hours. I plan to use CP Property Services for my lawn care going forward. Their fees are reasonable but it is the quality of work that most impresses me.

Last year Chris and his team mowed our lawn and field and performed a fall clean up at our property. He did an exceptional job for a fair price. I highly recommend Chris and look forward to having his services again this year.

Chis is great! His attention to detail and the pride he takes in offering a great product and going a great job sets him apart from so many! He supported our 16 Unit Condo Association with loving care and the upmost respect.

Use care with this vendor. He is very aggressive in his collection tactics. He began emailing me daily for an invoice less than 30 days out, for a mere $100. He also began sending texts, on the weekend when I was away with my family. He then bumped my invoice up 15%, again for an invoice less than 30 days out. I finally had to block his email. As an aside, he over-mowed our lawn, mowing too often, leaving it too short, with several large burn patches and a higher invoice than was required.
