Called Samsung service center late on Sat., Sept 30 to report issue with my new Samgsung Flex Duo oven. We were unable to solve the problem so they created a repair ticket. I received a call early Monday morning (10/2) and was able to schedule a service call for Wed., 10/4. Josh, the tech, called about 30 min before he arrived. He was very polite, professional, and was able to diagnose and correct the problem with in 5 minutes. Took him longer to take out/replace all of the screws than it did to fix the issue. A part dealing with the Flex part of the oven did not get connected at the factory. Oven works great!! I love it.
Our LG dishwasher started running loud. We contacted LG since it was still under warranty and they sent technicians from another repair center 3 times and didn't fix the issue. In fact, on the third visit, the technician said he heard the sound but there was nothing he could do because "LG doesn't care about noises". Then we were lucky enough to be reassigned to Appliance Repair Center of Maine. I received a call from them to schedule the appointment, the technician arrived on time, agreed that it was operating louder than it should, made the repair, tested for leaks, etc. and our dishwasher is as good as new. We couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Appliance Repair Center of Maine.

After having prolonged issues with the ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator, the manufacturer connected us with Appliance Repair Center of Maine for repairs. Justin, their Samsung technician did a fantastic job getting us straightened out. He checks all the boxes you'd want in a repair professional - punctual, knowledgeable, personable, keeps his work area clean, and communicates what he's discovered and how he'll correct it. Our ice maker is working better than when it was new.

Chris S. replaced a defective LG refrigerator compressor, and the service he offered was terrific! While he was efficient and thorough, he took the time to answer my questions and explain exactly what was going on with my appliance. And he offered some great advice!
While I'm not thrilled with LG about their defective compressors and the time it took to get an appointment, working with Appliance Repair Center of Maine was a great experience.

Absolutely phenomenal job done by technician Danny Marquez! Our fridge was up and running in no time, and he was both incredibly efficient and very knowledgeable about everything. If I had any questions, he was quick to answer them! I knew was going to ensure my fridge was in great shape by the time he was done. Just a real pleasant guy all around, and what a great representation of the work that Appliance Repair Center of Maine does. I'll be recommending ARC's work to everyone I know if they have problems with their Samsung appliances!

Josh Ammon was very pleasant and helped out when my second set of refrigerator doors were defective. He called the company directly and I received new doors within a week. He installed them and was on time and very professional.

Josh fixed our refrigerator when it went out. He is very professional and an all around nice guy! He had the refrigerator fixed in a timely manner.
I will definitely be using this company again in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends!

Chris was the repairman and handled everything so professionally! I was the first on his list and he called first(which I appreciated as it was 7:00!) He explained what he needed to do and had all the parts with him!! He was great! I would CERTAINLY use this company again if needed! I asked for his card. This was a complimentary service call as my warranty had expired, thank you SAMSUNG SMARTTHINGS for the free fix and thank you Chris for your expertise!!

Josh came to diagnose the issue with our washer, and Chris came to fix it after the parts arrived. Both were timely, respectful and very knowledgeable. Kim in the office was wonderful and prompt. Everything was amazing and appreciate their hard work and for getting our washer back up and working! Thanks!
