They're always there to help resolve issues, and they make setting up our secured entrance easy. We can add and remove people on our own without having to bug them. Highly recommend!
They where very professional and the price was fair. They showed up on time, and the project was done on time. When they where done I even got to pull the alarm!! :-)

The person who answered the phone did not know if they installed nanny cams. I was asked to leave a message. Nobody ever called me back.

As the Executive Director of the Bangor Historical Society, I can honestly say that working with Kim, Lloyd and the rest of the team has been an absolute pleasure. They are prompt, professional and committed to providing top-notch customer service.
Our office is a historic home. Kim did an exceedingly thorough walk-through to find the least invasive way to complete the installation. This was particularly impressive because he was committed to preserving the integrity of our historic building. It is this attention-to-detail that separates Northstar from the rest of their competitors.

Big fan of Northstar protection after working with Kim. As a homeowner I can't stress the peace of mind Northstar has granted me with water detection, security and monitoring. Kim was much easier to work with and personalized everything to my exact needs. I didn't receive the same important attention to detail from the larger national brands available in my area.
