Customer service was horrible. They couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions. The manager hung up on me after stating he didn't understand my questions or why I was bringing up competitor prices. Do not recommend at all. Can't believe a company that treats potential clients in this manner is still in business. On another note. I just called back to speak to the manager and he told me that he only has 4 employees when he needs 8. And if they talk in a negative manner to potential clients, then he can't do anything about it due to the fact he can't afford to fire ignorant employees.

We purchased seafood compost to add to our raised beds and our gardens are growing fabulously! The guys were friendly and very helpful! We have and will continue to recommend to everyone we know!

Edit: These guys continue to be excellent but I wanted to add that their COVID response has also been excellent. They use sperate windows to handle sales and continue to be a great landscape supplier despite these difficult times.
Super convenient, helpful and friendly. They have great hours for the weekend warriors too!

I ordered 8 cubic yards of mulch (by email and also left a voicemail) on Tuesday afternoon (office was closed due to holiday on Wednesday). I received a call back to confirm and the mulch was delivered to Beech Hill Pond on Thursday around 9 AM. Terrific response, service, pricing and product. We will use this company again for some landscaping next year. I never realized this place existed until the fellow who mows our lawn told me about it. Great staff as well, polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Where do I start... Dave and Billy are outstanding to deal with in all aspects of landscaping. As a small business owner you sometimes need someone in your corner to keep you on track and provide some help along the way. From hand tools, stone, seed, mulch, loam, power equipment to delivery this is your one stop shop. Quick story... I expressed interest in one of their bobcat stand on zero turns as they are a dealer mind you. Before we even talked pricing they had me out demoing one. (Try it out, cut some grass, bring it back in one piece.) This mower pictured is amazing. No matter what I threw at it for a situation it performed flawlessly. The hydraulics I can't compare to anything I have ever run... Just a strong, planted machine. The cut is crisp and seamless. I found no flaws in this machine, just preferences that I am used to with a sit on mower. They went out of the way to show why they sell this product. A few other photos are of the premium mulch, seed and straw that I have purchased through them making a yard a piece of art. You can go to 7 different places to get what you need but why waste time when you can get it all here. The best part is they stand behind what they sell. Thanks guys for always being there when I start the next project.

Called on Saturday for mulch and it was delivered on Monday as requested. I had also asked for a call letting me know they were on their way. Very happy to report they notified me as requested, came within the promised
time frame and dropped the mulch in two places again, as I requested. The service was friendly, extremely reliable and overall most excellent.
They will be my go to place for landscape supplies!

Outstanding customer service. I called on a Sunday to leave a message for a future delivery and I was immediately called back by Landscape Supply within 10 minutes ...they delivered 5 loads of loam that day. I later called that week for a couple extra items, and they were able to make the deliveries that evening. They also took the time and provided me with step-by-step instructions on how to prep my lawn to grow grass. I would definitely recommend them for your landscaping needs.
