I called and spoke to Cheryl, and she was very polite, knowledgeable and took time out what I can tell was a busy day to guid me in our upcoming purchase of a pool. She helped me have a much better understanding of the maintenance and and pros and cons of inground/above ground. I’ve read through the reviews and I hope we’re not let down but so far so good.

My husband and i stopped in to this place to inquire about having an above ground pool installed. We were asked what we wanted. We don't really know as we are new to this. We were given a number for installers who work for them,and told that if they do install in our area to call back. (Ok, so I'll do the leg work for your business.) I called and left two messages with the installers. I did not get a return call. I guess not wasting your time giving us any information whatsoever worked out well for you.

Broken Promises and "Don't Care" customer service attitude. I purchased a home with a custom pool by Tapley. After assurances that Tapley would service the pool after I closed on the house, I've had a total of six appointments with six no-shows. We would never receive a call stating they could not make the appointment which caused us to scramble to find someone to close the pool before winter. If you have a choice, do yourself a favor and find another pool company.
