Too bad Viking Lumber just lost my business due to the jerk that just answered the phone. It was clear from the start of the conversation he was being bothered with answering my simple questions. Yeah you were a big help. I called another store out of state and what a difference in politeness and bent over backwards to help me get all the information I needed on a CUSTOM shower that I am thinking about doing.
Thank you to Claude and the rest of the team at Viking Lumber!! I had such a professional experience ordering the trim that I needed for my home. Every single step of the process was phenomenal!!

Staff there is very professional and their store is immaculate and well-organized. Large parking lot makes it easy to pull in with a large truck and or a trailer attached and get out back onto the road safely. The section of the yard where the lumber is stored is as well organized and neat as any I've ever seen. Very impressive.

Yesterday my vehicle broke down in the parking lot. I had 3 young children with me, and it was windy and cold. We were 50+ miles from home. Rob stayed late and let us all wait inside the store for my husband to arrive, after my vehicle was towed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You have gained some new customers.

Clayton in the kitchen and bath department always has a smile on his face. He gives my dog a cookie every time I bring her in. He's very honest and knowledgeable. It feels so good to have total trust in the person who is helping me remodel my home.

Getting Cabinets with Viking was a breeze, being able to look at the products and sit down someone a directly model the kitchen was very helpful.

Good store to deliver too, unloaded quick and has plenty of room for a Semi truck to maneuver in their yard.

Pretty good lumber yard with decent selection of products which varies based on location. They do carry Occidental leather products and stabila levels which is cool. GENERALLY the staff are pretty knowledgeable but sometimes you get someone who may not know what they are about.
