Superior Fence ripped me off!! I was charged $350 to hold a time slot for them to come take a look at my two gates that would not close properly. Three weeks later, three jibrones that looked like they had just been hired that morning show up. One used a large pry bar to lift one gate so it would latch. Then, he leaned against a gate post and tipped it away so that the other gate would latch. The other two stood around and watched. After being at my house a total of 10 minutes, they left forgetting to take the large pry bar with them! I had to chase after them to return the pry bar. Had I known I was going to be cheated, I should have kept it. The owner told me that visit cost the entire $350 deposit!! When I objected, he said he would talk with his partner and return all but $50. Of course, that never happened. The owner started dodging my phone calls, and no refund ever arrived. I hate being cheated! Word to the wise--go anywhere except here! If you read the other reviews you will find that others have had much the same experience. Shoddy business practices will catch up with them!

The end product was fine. However the crew came by, as promised on the day scheduled, and removed my old fence. They did it before the materials were in for the replacement fence. I live in Bangor and have a pool so I am required to have a fence in place. I went 3 nights without a fence around my pool and that is both a worry and a liability to me. Also, I have a dog that had never been tethered and I am disabled. Not having a fence was a hardship for me. I am satisfied with the end product, but would recommend that they know the materials are ready and available to replace a fence before tearing down the old one.

I had nothing but problems starting with the estimate, installation and stability of vinyl fencing which blew apart only after 6 months. Some of the horizontal slates were cut so short there is no way they would stay in place. In addition, No response from Superior after multiple emails, text messages to owner and VM left on office line. I have opted to go with Allen Fence to replace the 8 vinyl privacy panels in the front of my house. This will cost quite a bit of extra money but I want nothing to do with Superior Fence which should be called Inferior Fence. Buyer beware. The lowest price is not necessary the best deal. Be warned that this business is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

I had a large fence installed a couple of months ago. The folks in the office were great; knowledgeable, fast, and helped me special order parts I couldn't find at a big box store. I will use them again in the future if I have the opportunity.

I called about a repair needed to my chain link fence. I was told someone would be out that week. The next day, a Friday, an employee called to let me know they'd be there that day. No one showed up. I called the next Monday, received an apology for the no show, with another promise that someone would be out that week. No one showed up. I called again the next week, got the same apology, and the same promise that someone would be over that week. Two people showed up that Tuesday (as seen on my Ring camera), and when I didn't hear anything I called on Thursday to check the status. At first, the person who talked to me wasn't sure the people who came over were from Superior Fence until I told him I had it on camera. Another apology, another promise that the repair would be done. This went on for five weeks. I gave up. Such poor customer service, a very poor experience overall.
