The drivers for this company need to be trained a bit more, This morning I was going 75 and the truck was 2 feet from my bumper. If we cross paths again on 95, I'm gonna lock up my breaks.

My husband and I recently moved from ME to CA. My initial contact with Annessa at this company was to explain the contingencies that prevented us from locking in a date for the move and an address in CA. She quickly assured me that she would work with us and the uncertainties that were a cause of some stress and anxiety. With that assurance, we decided to contract with this company without doing any comparison shopping. Our realtor and some of her clients had recommended this company as well. When our house sold in five days in February, we were thrown into a panic, contingencies in the foreground. Annessa was always reassuring, professionally and personally caring, optimistic, detailed, and good humored. We went with the company packing us up, which went smoothly and carefully. The delivery in CA was timely and was accomplished with the same care. Nothing was damaged in the 3000 mile trip. That was a first for us who had six prior moves, three long distance. Moving cross country is expensive. The value comes in customer service, considerate communication, the safe packing and delivery of one’s belongings, and help in the management of the stress and anxiety moving occasions. Our expectations of this company were exceeded. Their name is apt. We received the perfect move.

The team that moved me showed up on time and were all very nice and professional. They had some challenges with my furniture but were able to solve the issue and stay on track. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! It was a smooth process from the initial estimate call to moving day! The office was very clear with what to expect the day of the move and let me know exactly when to expect the crew to arrive. The crew was on time and ready to work from the moment they arrived. They handled all of my belongings with great care and helped me set up/ put the furniture back together when arriving at my new place. They were communicative about the whole process. It was the easiest/ fastest move I have ever had. Absolutely love this moving company! My husband and I recently purchased a large playground for our kids and needed to transport it to our home. The movers arrived before schedule and not only disassembled playground to move it in a timely manner but reassembled it very quickly and efficiently.
