This company is an absolute joy to work with. They have a HUGE selection of flooring options, and their staff is incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. The customer service here is elite top to bottom, which is tough to find these days. HIGHLY recommend.

Refuses to provide an invoice for work I paid for on my house. Definitely something going on with them and contractors in order to hide hidden handling costs. Do not use them if you want fair, transparent pricing. It can happen to you too. If your contractor recommends them, I would highly suggest you go elsewhere to get an impartial retailer who is not looking to line their partners pockets at your expense.
edit in response: you can tell by their response who is their priority in any transaction. go elsewhere if you want to be the priority. And this is not the equivalent of going to a restaurant as you say. This is the equivalent of us asking what the materials and services YOUR business supplied cost. I am not asking you for the amount our contractor charged. Again see the lack of dedication to service and transparency they have towards the people paying for everything. There are MANY options in this space. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Jerry Sirois, our salesman was professional and helped us to pick the perfect plank flooring for our seasonal cabin. Our installer, Jeff Mason was amazing! He was experienced perfectionist and took great pride is installing our flooring! Thus our 5 star review!

Hi I just wanted to tell you how much my wife and I really enjoy our new Dining Room and Living Room floor. Our experience started with our first person contact in the store. We were greeted warmly by a saleslady who had several suggestions for our project. We finally settled on one and were scheduled for an in home measurement. The store sent Jerry Sirous who came, took measurements and spent a lot of time with us going over our options, selections, and the particulars with our home. Installation day came and two installers showed up on time and began work right away. Their names were Jeff and Casey. Those 2 worked so hard the first day. Part of the job included ripping a section of hardwood flooring that we were replacing. They got there about 9:25am and by 1:00 they had the old floor ripped out, plywood reinstalled, and the new Engineered Flooring almost completed in the Dining Room. They never took a break or lunch, just worked straight through. By the time they left the first day, the DR and hallway totally completed. The next day, they arrived earlier and completed the entire job, and cleaned up by noon. Both Jeff and Casey were fantastic. Be We are so pleased with the entire experience and staff of Floor Systems. We highly recommend them; you won't be disappointed. Sincerely, Richard Lichtenstein

We had a great experience in searching for a new carpet for for our master bedroom and walk-in closet. Jerry and Sierra in sales were knowledgeable and accommodating and our installation was smooth and superb! Thanks for a great buying and installation experience!

Seems like my review will echo SEVERAL of those already written regarding The Flooring Systems scam to over calculate the volume needed followed by their refusal to be liable for their math error and refusal to give the client credit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO! We were over-sold $1200 worth of material and they refused to provide us with any credit. Like others, I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. I'll be contacting the flooring vendor to let them know that The Flooring System is not a good ambassador for their product.

We have used Floor Systems for projects at our last 4 homes, spanning over 20 years. For our most recent remodel, Cameron helped us select eye-catching and timeless tile for our master bathroom. We have also worked several times with Cindy. She is knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. When we were short one box of special order tile, she helped process our request quickly so this project could stay on schedule. Highly recommend!
