Not only was Geno incredibly thorough, but he was very personable and responsive as well. He offers a wide variety of services so it's nice to have an "all-in-one" option for inspections. He got us in quickly and did a good job. The full report came in less than 24 hours. It was more expensive than I thought it would be but it was 100% money well spent.

We were very pleased with House to Home Inspection and Geno, our inspector. He was very quick to respond to inspect the property we were buying. Despite the very long drive, Geno performed the inspection and provided a comprehensive, timely report for us. We chose not to invest in that particular house, however, we are in the process of purchasing a different home and have requested House to Home inspection to inspect the new property. Again it’s a very long ride, but knowing the timeframe we are working within Geno has accommodated us in a timely fashion. House to Home inspection is trustworthy and reliable and we are very happy with this company!! Thanks Geno!

I reached out to Geno with a short window for getting the inspection done. He was able to accommodate my needs. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. He did a very comprehensive inspection. His report was extremely detailed with photos to show exactly what was written. He was very helpful with my questions after reading the report. I feel very comfortable I have all the information I need to make an informed decision about purchasing the property he inspected. With his report, I was able to have some of the repairs completed by the seller. I highly recommend this company.

I have worked with Geno on three separate occasions and cannot say enough positive things about House to Home and Geno himself. Each inspection Geno has done for me has been very helpful in assisting me with purchasing homes. He is knowledgeable, very thorough and his attention to detail during the inspection process has been instrumental in me purchasing homes. Geno did a great job for us. We bought an 1820’s farmhouse and hired Geno to do the house inspection. He started the inspection with a statement to the effect of. “Do you know what you are getting yourself into?” Despite that being a crazy idea for those of us who are not handy, we proceeded and Geno was beyond thoughtful, informative and very thorough. He spent most of the day at the home and scheduled a return trip to inspect as much of the sewer system as he could get access to, including going above and beyond on a bitterly cold, snowy day. No one seemed to know where the septic tank was but Geno arrived early and took the time to poke around the frozen ground in February. He found the tank and did the septic inspection then proceeded to inspect a crawl space that was hidden during the first inspection but exposed now. Geno took time on follow-up calls and emails to offer up his expertise and answer all of our questions. His reports were extensively marked up and the software he uses to send to clients allows for easy creation of lists for repairs they may want to have done. When the house purchase closed, we were able to have a clear understanding of what work should and needs to be done with a 200-year-old home. He saved us from making many mistakes and spending a lot of extra money with this older home. Geno is highly recommended.

Geno was amazing. Not only was he extremely professional, but very personable as well. He encouraged my wife and I to do a walk through on the home we are in process of purchasing as he did his inspection. Any questions we had were answered on the spot and very honestly.
