The entire team at Glamour Pools is THE BEST!!! Look no further when it comes to new pool installation or refurbishing an older pool to weekly pool maintenance. The crew at Glamour Pools really cares about the work they do. They are dedicated, honest and hard working. They guide you through the entire process from beginning to end with new pool installation to maintaining your pool. They are patient, caring and a family run business who treated us like family! They are awesome!!!
Jayson on the team at Glamour Pools not only did an amazing job installing our fiberglass pool, they continue to amaze with the service they provide after the sale. I’ve heard horror stories about the pool business, these guys are absolutely the opposite of what you might of heard. Glamour pools is fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough.

I would encourage anyone considering doing business with this company too check with the Attorney General and federal trade commission. Disgraceful!

We have been customers of Glamour Pools and Spa for over 10 years! They did an expert job at installing our pool and they have continued to service it each Summer. They are a Family run business with employees who have been with them as long which tells you not only are they excellent at what they do but they are great company to work for as well. Their team is courteous and they care about keeping their customers happy long after the pool has been installed! They recently repaired our automatic thermal cover the same guy who put the cover in over 10 years ago was back patiently explaining his work every step of the way! You will not find a better run pool company here in Maine! We highly recommend Glamour Pools - hands down they are the BEST! Thank you so much for ALWAYS being there for us!

I ordered a pool to the tune of 8000$ June 2020 in the midst of Covid. Paula guaranteed that we would have it in about 30 days, and since no one else could guarantee that in the middle of a pandemic, we stopped shopping there. Well, needless to say, 30 days came and went and we had no pool, and Paula was downright NASTY about why not. According to her, she would NEVER guarantee any such thing! After my 3rd or 4th call, I was so disgusted I gave up and just waited. And waited. And waited. Well Christmastime came and guess who called and wanted to install my pool! In DECEMBER. Needless to say, Glamour Pools got to store my pool for an additional 6 months. I can say the fellows who installed my pool were knowledgeable and kind but I WILL NEVER do business with that hag Paula again.

We just received a call from Paula telling us that you will no longer be providing pool services to us after almost 30 years. When we asked why we were told it was Glamour Pools prerogative to do so. Is this how you choose to deal with us after all the business we’ve given you? We’ve spent over $1,000.00 just this year trying to get the pool running. Instead of helping us you drop us with no legitimate reason. We have always paid our bills promptly so that is not the reason. Why are you treating long standing customers like this? I would like a reason other than because you choose to.

Jay and his amazing crew just left my house after doing a large restoration job from a total blow out of both sides of my built in pool. Happy doesn't begin to describe how impressed I am with this co. !!
