Called Fairbanks to schedule an estimate for a roof replacement. 15 minutes before the appointment, the estimator (I think his name was Frank) called to cancel. Life happens, I get it, no worries. We reschedule for a couple days later. On the day of the new appointment, he showed up an hour and a half late with no phone call or heads up like, “hey I’m running behind, be there in a bit”. I couldn’t wait that long that day, so I wasn’t home when he showed up. He said no problem, I’ll get the measurements and send you the estimate. A week later I hadn’t received the estimate. I spoke with Frank and he said he needed a couple more days. That was 2 weeks ago and still no estimate. I’m left to think that they just don’t want the job.
Highly recommended. Crew was awesome and work was impeccable, even in 95 degree weather. Clean up after job was spot on and only reason I knew they were there was the outstanding standing seam roof left behind. A ++++

A++++ work. The crew worked hard in the heat and went above and beyond with some extra layers of roofing to strip. Very knowledgeable and professional people who's work will not disappoint! Thank you guys

Ken , your crew went above and beyond installing the new metal roof on the barn . In the cold and snow of a Maine winter the crew kept a excellent attitude and did a outstanding job. They were extremely professional and efficient.I would definitely recommend your company for any roofing or sideing needs . Thanks again to you and " The Crew " ?? ! Satisfied in Waterford Maine !

I called four times to get an estimate for a new roof on my home over the last month. I even spoke to Frank, the owner one of my calls on 10/7/19 who said he would come out that week to do the estimate- takes about an hour. Still no estimate, no contact from them, and when I try calling back they ask for my address again as if it's my first time calling! I will never get roofing done by this company and don't recommend anyone waste their time or energy calling them. They have very poor customer service!
