These folks are the best! Always friendly, know their products, the load out guys treat you like family. Recently I ordered roofing to be delivered by a large corporation in maine with red trucks. Several days later they informed me it was too small an order and wouldn't do it. I called Ware/Butler Newport and asked if they could deliver shingles on my roof. They went out of their way to deliver that afternoon after the drivers regular shift so I could start roofing the next morning. Their attitude is we are here to serve our customers. I would give more stars if I could!!

Terrible experience. I called and ordered materials for metal roofing for my single car garage from the Stillwater location, they did not deliver all of the materials I needed (see my review of the Stillwater location). On the day of actual roof installation, a Saturday morning, my roofers arrived, they quickly realized the order was short 1 piece of rake trim and 2 pieces of drip edge. I’m using stock black metal roofing. Despite their website stating the Stillwater location was open on Saturdays, it is not. I called several other locations and no one had these materials in stock except Palmyra. I had to borrow someone’s truck and drive from Brewer to Palmyra to get the materials since they don’t have delivery on Saturday. I arrived and the materials were wrapped in plastic so I took them. When I got back home and unwrapped them I realized they had only given me 1 piece of drip edge when I needed 2 and they charged me for 2. They refunded me for the 1 piece that was not included but I still don’t have all the materials I need even after the now 3rd order from this company.
