I made an appointment for this company to come out to my house. It was scheduled for 9 and at 9:17 i called the office asking where they were and the receptionist was surprised they hadn't called saying they'd be late, and then caught a little attitude and she thats why I said AROUND 9. The guy didn't end up showing up until 9:57. This is no way to run a business or treat your customer.

Update, if you look below they said they were going to call me, never did. I'm guessing they just tried to make it look better on here. Complete unprofessionalism.

Matt was amazing! I called him for an emergency. My Oil Boiler stopped heating my first floor unit, which is a doctors office. He was here within 10 minutes and got us up and running again.
My boiler hasn't heated ANY of my units over 62 degrees this season. I had just assumed I needed a new one since it's a dinosaur, and was saving for replacement this summer. I told him I was looking into replacing the entire thing and he advised me to first have an energy tech come out for insulation and sealing the place up. This was where I would see the biggest savings upfront, and THEN look into a new boiler.
He replaced a couple parts, while we were chatting and.. I HAVE HEAT!! When I tell you the building is toasy, I really mean it. It hasnt heated like this the entire time I've owned the place. He could have easily been dishonest, had me replace the whole boiler, and made a fat buck off of a woman with zero boiler knowledge. My bill was extremely fair for the parts and labor done. This man is honest, dependable, and COMES BACK when he says he will. Matt, you have a customer for life.

Contacted Matt Bright for an estimate within an hour he showed up. He gave me an estimate that was $3000 - $5000 below his competitors! He removed my 47 year old furnace and installed a new one in 8 hours! The furnace works great. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and timely! I highly recommend him for any heating job!

He diagnosed and repaired the issue and took care to explain to me what went wrong, what was possible, what he was doing to fix it, and what we should do going forward. Exemplary tradesman. A great relief after another company came out twice and couldn't get it resolved.

I needed a new furnace repair guy, the last two were good until they were really not good anymore. I had this place and another in mind, Matthew takes credit cards so I ended up with this place. I cannot give this guy the credit he deserves with 5 stars. The first time I needed him I was scheduled within the week, for a cleaning and thermostat replacement(my furnace is five years old but the guy who installed it,despite it being in the quote, never replaced it, then wanted to charge me an additional 400.00 nope!) So five years later I can afford the repair and had Bright switch it out. He had a young woman with him, as an apprentice, I knew immediately that he was an honest guy. As the were working I overheard at least seven things that the old furnace guy did not bring up to code. Several were safety issues! When he was finished he brought me down and showed me what he did and why he did it. I cried. The plumbing job he repaired is beautiful! He reconfigured my pipes to give me more space in the basement. Really took the time and care to do everything properly. When I got the bill I wasn't shocked, it was a fair price and 100% worth every penny!!!
Fast forward a month and this passed Friday while my dad was working on taking my old solar panel system pipes out, one of the pipes leaked water all over the furnace, not a lot, but enough bc a few hours later the furnace was acting up. We both thought it was all part of the electrical issues we were having so I called my electrician yesterday. On a whim I decided to call Bright as a backup plan in case it wasn't my electrical. Matthew was here within two hours and took him less than 45 min to problem solve and fix! Such a nice guy. Like I said, I cannot give him enough credit. I tell everyone about Bright.

They did excellent work at my home. They put in a new furnace and a new oil tank, plus they did chimney work.
They cleaned up everything when the job was completed. They removed all the old items.
They worked very hard and I highly recommend this company. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I’m so very pleased with this company.
