We chose Capozza when choosing tile for our bathrooms, kitchen backsplash, mud room tile, and laundry room. They had a wide variety of designs and materials to choose from. The store is clean, organized and beautiful. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable. Tia was extremely helpful when contacting vendors. Diana listened to our style and preferences and helped guide us with making decisions. She was very knowledgeable with matching grout color with the tile and with warm/cool tones. Diana and Tia are kind and extremely helpful. We highly recommend Diana and Tia, and capozza for tile selection.
Wonderful staff and accommodating to my needs. Tremendous selection of tile. Order material for my project and communicated effectively on the status of its shipping and delivery. Highly recommended and will buy from them on my next job.

Take an $18000 deposit but don’t schedule any install. Order excessive amounts of materials, refuse any return. Poor guidance on design. Back ordered hardwood and no help in a reselection. And everything was my fault. Also pricing is very high as I shopped identical tile elsewhere and found better pricing.
Very professional installers but sales and service made our 10s of thousands dollar project maddening. I will do more renovations in the future but I will never return to Capozza.

Great selection and friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommend stopping in early in the design process to get their help and advice.

The showroom looks really nice with lots of samples. However, our experience with our sales person is pretty bitter. There are quite a lot of mistakes happen on the process of ordering and returning the left over tile from our project. Our project takes couple weeks longer because of the order mistakes and she makes the returning so hard because of her confusion. She is really give me lots of headache.
This review is based on my experience with this specific sales person. I hope everyone else have a better experience here.

My builder sent me to Capozza and I'm so glad he did! I worked with Diana and she was fantastic. I needed tile, laminate, and carpet for different areas of the house. I have a somewhat limited budget but they were able to help me find great choices I really love & can't wait to see in my new house!

Called twice. They broke an appointment and asked for optional dates, which I gave but they never called back. If they don't want a piece of business should just say so.
