Agree completely with the last two reviews. Walked into the store and there were two employees there chatting with someone (no one else in the store). They never asked why we were there or what we wanted. When I asked for some help (if you can call it that -she asked if I had any questions - about what? - and I asked her to help me) . She spent 20 seconds with us and then went back to her desk. We wandered around for another 10 minutes or so with no interaction. If you want to go somewhere where they care about customers, steer clear! Luckily they are closing this location. If you are thinking about going to their Newington, NH location, think again!
I use Distinctive Tile & Design for residential and commercial projects and I am continuously impressed by their high level of professionalism, fair pricing and impeccable quality of work. In today's day and age, working with a contractor who possesses a high level of integrity is priority #1 - and that's Distinctive in a nutshell. Thank you to Larry, Jason, Jeffrey, Theresa, Hunter and the entire DTS team.

After looking in 3 other stores, we finally found the color tones in tile we liked at Distinctive Tile. Baxter understood what we were talking about. The selection is simply huge. The tile came in quickly, but like most else in this pandemic, we had to wait for installation about a 6 weeks (including Xmas & New Year). But all is on the walls now and looking so very good. Jeff, the installer, was a real whirlwind but very careful and did extensive cleanup daily. Took him about two days for the job. We definitely recommend this company.

Have been working with Larry and the team on numerous projects over the years. Their attention to detail and level of experience has made every single job run smoothly. This is a company that puts the customers needs first.

I was very excited upon entering this shop. It appeared that there was every possible tile choice in one place. That excitement disappeared quickly as I was not even acknowledged. No hello nothing. I spent several minutes looking but no one approached me to see if I needed assistance. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Distinctive Tile & Design is my go to place for tile!! The selection is vast and always changing and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to assist you with ideas and suggestions and allow you to borrow samples whenever and however many times you might need them to ensure your project comes out perfect. There are options to fit any budget and every project. I always find just the right thing at Distinctive! I highly recommend Distinctive Tile.

This store has a great selection of tile and soon are expanding to offer wood and laminate flooring options. I find making an appointment with a designer
any where one shops get the results and attention any one can want. i have had great service at this store. As to comment that this location is closing this is not TRUE!! The lighting store that is the neighbor to Distinctive Tile is the business that is closing.

I have been working with Distinctive Tile for over 13 years. The staff, owners and tile selection is unparalleled! Like any company that is growing... everyone goes through growing pains! They are no different! They have always made things right for me and my clients!! Larry & Claudia Stoddard take their business very seriously as do all their staff! I personally would never use anyone else for my Tile business!

This is a very hard company to work with, at every level. Our job was measured, designed, and ordered incorrectly. The sales rep we worked with was non-communicative and often very unpleasant. The installer repeatedly didn't show up with no communication. A 4 day job took 13 days and came in 25% over budget. I expressed my concerns and frustrations consistently and only when I spoke to Larry the owner, was any progress made. I've heard from multiple contractors we work with that Distinctive only provides good service to people in the trade and that self-run jobs should be taken elsewhere. The tile selection is impressive.
