Liberty Bell Movers was a breath of fresh air. I have used many movers in many states over the years but never have I been as satisfied as I was with the two gentlemen from Liberty Bell. They worked tirelessly, all the time being courteous, respectful and never slowing down. They not only moved a ton of massive, very expensive and highly fragile furniture from my home, but took a large load away to my son's house about 45 minutes away. My son had the same reaction I did as they unloaded everthing in the same efficient and courteous and professional manner. The icing on the cake was the bill, as for what they did for me, the bill was well deserved and extremely reasonable.
Arrived on time with an appropriately sized vehicle. Moving staff were professional and helpful, and contributed to a positive moving experience. Fast email and phone responses to initial and subsequent questions and comments.

Liberty Bell texted me at 4am the day of my move to inform me that they did not have a crew available (4 hours before they were scheduled to arrive). I had received multiple confirmations via email in the days prior. After initially offering to "slide me to move tomorrow", they said they would be able to do the move by the end of the scheduled day. Around 4pm, I was texted by a separate number indicating that the move would not be happening.
I asked if they could provide a discounted rate on a rescheduled moving date due to their violation of our contract/deposit and they declined. I then requested my deposit to be returned, which they did the following business day.
I would not recommend booking a move with Liberty Bell if you expect your reservation to be honored.

Using this company was an absolute disaster!! The owner lied and stated that their system was down and they were 6 hours late. Absolutely unprofessional and one of the movers was so slow and took as much time as possible. I started jumping in and moving stuff. Since I didn’t pay extra for the insurance (which the employees should not know about) there was zero regard to handling items with care. This was an absolute joke! I had to stop them because I worked faster alone. When they left they backed over a rock wall and uprooted a tree. I messaged the owner and there was no response. I received an invoice for extra time, which I’m not paying for. I sat there and watched the two movers try to figure out for 15 minutes how to get the ramp in. If anything I should have received a credit for having to rearrange my day for them being 6 hrs late. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this company.

The crew was very professional! I needed to move my mother's Yamaha Baby Grand Piano over the Christmas holiday. I reached out to Liberty Bell Moving & Storage. They got right back to me with a quote and date within a day. They showed right up on time and date we reserved. Andrew, the foreman, was very patient with his crew. They were all very professional and went beyond caring for the piano. I would definitely recommend Liberty Bell Moving & Storage and if I'm in need of another move I will call them.

My experience with Liberty Bell Moving from start to finish was excellent. They were very responsive with questions before my move and with keeping me up to date. The guys who came to help me were on time, professional, and fast! They were able to move my piano along with my other possessions into my new house easily and safely. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing assistance in moving in the future. I could not have done it without them!

In the middle of a renovation we had to remove heavy items from our bedroom to our living room Contacted Liberty Bell because they were open late and promised a fast response. And also we used to live in Philly so the name rang a bell:) The two men were sent and did not need a big truck so they came in a normal vehicle. They were very professional and smart and did everything promptly and carefully as needed. They were clearly well trained, experienced and took it all in stride with good humor. We are very grateful. Their pricing was fair considering the hard work involved and the need to turn on a dime. They took such good care of us we are inviting them back to do the reverse move. If it aint broke, don't fix it. Their online forms are easy to use and the response it very fast. Exactly what we needed. Thank you Liberty Moving.
