Every time i'm there, I get knowledgeable help. I spent some time on the phone yesterday and it didn't even result in a sale for them, but the gentleman that I spoke for was courteous and willing to help with my questions.
This is something that doesn't happen every day.
I just wanted to say thanks.
We have been a client of Christman Pools for over 20 years(and two pools). Very simply, Christman Pools is exceptional in going “above & beyond” in exceeding client expectations. When there is a problem, the team(Cliff Abbott—Service Mgr, Paul—Sr Tech, Cory—Sr Tech) are responsive and timely in solving the problem even if they need to improvise a temporary solution. Weekly service teams are also excellent. Excellent service starts at the top with the owner, Kevin Doree, setting the example! Well done. Bill & Peggy

Christman Pool Service is a quality company that excels in their field. Cliff, Mike and their crew are extremely knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure your pool is in pristine condition. They treat all levels of pool service with extreme care, from installation to upkeep to purchasing tools and parts. They have opened my pool the past 5 seasons and helped to get the water crystal clear within days. Their continued service and advice throughout the season is top notch, and they are always just a quick phone call or email away. Christman Pool Service is highly recommended for any pool issue you may have. 5 stars.

Outstanding job opening our pool. Courteous staff and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
This is the easiest company to do business with in my experience. They even offered a pre-buy for pool supplies and delivered them when they came to open the pool!

Every one here is extremely knowledgeable and they truly care about their customers - from the office staff to on-site workers, you wont find better service.

A few days ago, I witnessed one of your drivers speeding to the Riverside exit, cut over 3 lanes of traffic to get in front of the cars lined up in the exit lane forcing many drivers to slam on their breaks. This is not the first time I have seen aggressive driving from one of your drivers, I travel on Warren multiple times a day and make sure to steer clear when I see any of your vehicles on the road. Foolish and unsafe behavior in a heavy commercial van. Will not be recommending this business to friends and family.

This year I became responsible for 3 pools and 3 spas. I was pretty much a fish out of water knowing not too much about the equipment we have. Alicia at Christman helped me every step of the way. She was there for me for every question and supply needs. Pretty much held my hand (from 6' away) throughout the season. I was soooo grateful to have Christman as my pool people. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Jason his partner was fantastic in closing up our pool. They were thorough in everything they did and never made me feel like my questions were a bother or stupid (even though some were!). This was my first time using Christmas’s Pool Service but definitely won’t be the last.
