Don’t waste your time, I called a couple months back to get my garage door fixed, about 3 weeks went by without hearing anything back from the “salesman” who did a site visit. When I called him to inquire when my appointment for repair was scheduled, I was rudely told to call the service manager on my own.
Awful customer service and my garage door still hasn’t been fixed.
I will be calling someone else to come fix my door.
I have to write a review because the service I got when my garage door suddenly broke with my car stuck inside was outstanding. Despite having no openings that day, they somehow made things work to come out and fix things for me in a matter of hours. I will definitely be calling them again for any garage door needs in the future!

Our door broke on a Friday morning, when I called the person on the phone was very professional. By 3:30 that afternoon there was a service person at my facility and in 45 minutes the door was fixed. The technician was excellent and made sure everything was to my expectations. I would highly recommend Door Services.

Just had the most unpleasant experience with a DSI lettered up truck in Portland. I was second in a line of cars and he was behind me. He laid on the horn when the light turned green at the first vehicle then unsafely flew past us all via the breakdown lane at an unsafe speed. I WILL NEVER give this company business with that behavior.
Edit: wish this allowed for negative stars for owners response and everyone should read it. No "confusion" ...Being a danger to the public in a truck absolutely should reflect your business and its services. You're going to hurt someone driving that way and based on other social media it has happened before. So...again will tell others to use a different company and save themselves the confused condescending owner.

We had a cable snap over the weekend, so that we couldn't open our garage door and had a car inside the garage.
Called DSI first thing Monday morning. They diverted a tech to come over within the hour. He quickly replaced all of our cables, adjusted the opener, and performed some routine maintenance. The door opens much easier and is much quieter now.
Definitely would recommend DSI for any garage door needs, sales or service.

I backed up into my company’s overhead door. After calling two competitors and getting poor customer service, I contacted DSI for help. Not only was Ted extremely helpful and responsive, he was empathetic to my situation and had my replacement panel finished for me in less than 24 hours.
If I’m ever in this situation again, I will100% call DSI. I can’t say enough positive things about the company and Ted.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Both times I called with door issues, they came out the same day. The garage door I have is old, so I just recently upgraded, Ryan installed my new unit. He was professional, competent and very friendly. The front desk staff (Keira and Olivia) are awesome and very helpful too! I highly recommend this company.

We were in the market for new garage doors. The 1st local company I spoke to told me they would have someone call me back...which no one ever called...When I went to DSI they also told me they would have a sales rep call me. Within a few days I was contacted and appointment was made for an estimate. The tech for the estimate was going to be a little late, but he called to let me know. We did order the doors and everything was done so professionally from follow-up from Ted to let me know status and installation date to the actual installation. We could not be happier with everyone involved and more importantly the look of the new garage doors. What a difference!! Thank you Ted and all involved for such great service! I would highly recommend DSI to anyone looking to replace their garage doors..

Garage door was frozen to the floor in this crazy cold weather. The spring broke before the door could break free from the ice on the floor. Googled "garage doors in Portland" and called DSI based on the positive reviews. Talked to Ryan at 11 AM and Ted showed up 3 hours later. Door is as good as new and he was gone in 30 minutes. Both individuals were extremely polite, courteous and professional. Pretty much the epitome of outstanding customer service. Highly recommended if you need some door work done.
