We ordered the windows from Eldredge Store in Portland and received terrible service. First, the sales representative sold us the wrong windows (because he didn’t understand the product he was selling). After, he called us and the contractor to tell us, that the windows were in. We made plans based on that (we planned a overseas vacation). The contractor shows up to start his work, and the store called up and “the windows were not in”!!! The sales representative (who made the call) was ‘in vacation’. Our vacation was canceled and our plain tickets lost. The store didn’t care about this. I even contacted Eldredge Corporate Office and spoke with the owners’ son and NOTHING, not even ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. Now, most of the windows are in, one is still missing. Some of the windows have issues and I have contacted the store to come and fix the issues. NOTHING!!! Do not make the same mistake and purchase Marvin windows from Eldredge Lumber Stores.

We used Marvin Windows for buying and installing our new windows. We have worked with many contractors in the past and found Marvin Windows to be one of the best we have ever used. We live in a landmark building that has restrictions on how we change and update the building. We found that the Marvin Window professional's understood the restrictions and worked with the other contractors to remain in code. The windows are of great quality and we have had no problems with them. I would recommend Marvin Windows to anyone. They are a very professional company with quality products.

We received the wrong door after spending considerable time on the showroom floor picking out the door we wanted. We reviewed the email our contractor sent to them and it is clear they did not send the door we requested. What made matters worse is their complete lack of accountability and any concern. Will not do business with them again - and encourage you to learn from our experience.
