I asked for someone to come over to check my ge washer since is making a squeaky sound when it spins, he drove up and saw that the yard had toys n a bus he basically called it a junk yard, didn't even bother to get out of the car. Very disappointed.

Was not very helpful. I called to ask a question about why a used dishwasher was leaking and he basically told me unless I come and diagnose this I am not giving you nothing this is going to cost you. A very rude the way he came across . What a shame....I just had a simple question.

Left multiple messages with the guy. Spoke to him once, finally got a hold of him again to say we’ve never spoke. And I didn’t leave messages. Essentially called me a liar. I don’t know if he is ancient, or can’t remember but I just wanted a refrigerator fixed. Was extremely rude. He came highly recommended which is disappointing.

Steve was excellent and explained everything that was going on with our fridge clearly and kindly. He also pointed out a few changes that would improve the performance of our fridge. Highly recommend him!
