Kevin C just came as a reservice today and he was by far, the most thorough technician. I now have every bit of confidence that my mice problem will be solved, and I am grateful that I didn’t feel rushed and he spent some time listening to my concerns.Thankfully, he found what is more than likely, the front door that my unwanted house guests have been using. Just happy I stuck it out and I was lucky enough that the wonderful customer service in the office sent him this time.
Adam was here in a timely fashion and is very personable. (He was also great on our initial call.) He asked questions about the project and our needs. He described the services that were being provided and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He is very well versed in his job! After completing the treatment etc. he touched base again to see if there were additional questions or concerns. Adam is awesome!!! Thanks!! 10 stars!!! (PS-everyone i have dealt with at your company has been wonderful!)

Very professional team from start to finish. Just started working with them and really appreciate their speed of service, communication, and transparency. We recently had a carpenter ant issue at our home, and I cannot express how pleased we were with the service from Green Shield Pest Solutions. From the moment we called, Spencer was incredibly friendly and understanding of our situation. He was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, which was a huge relief.
When the exterminator, Kasey, arrived, she was punctual, professional, and thorough in her work. Kasey took the time to explain the process to us and answered all our questions patiently. We felt reassured knowing that our home was in good hands.

After just over three years in our new home, we started to notice some unwanted pests making their way in under the kitchen sink presumably. Having young kiddos, we want our home to always be clean and safe. I called Greenshield and they were out here the next morning which I found very impressive as the pest issue escalated really all within one week.
I saw the great reviews about Greenshield and so far am very happy with the year long service we signed up for. I liked how they give you a half hour heads up with the window of when they are coming so I wasn’t stuck waiting around all day.
It has only been three days since Paul, the technician, came and treated our home. He did a great job of explaining everything he was doing, he even did some preventative work in the bathrooms too. He found additional entries behind the oven and blocked off multiple points around the exterior of the home where the pests were getting in.
The day after the treatment, I did see an increase in activity as Paul said may happen, including a live ? trying to get into my back sliding door in daylight hours which seemed odd, just took that as that they were disrupted and since the treatment seems to be working. I look forward to GS coming monthly to care for the property, I am very glad I did not choose another company and look forward to working with them through the year to keep my kiddos safe and my home secure.

The Technician assigned to my home was Mark. He called me ahead of schedule stating he was on his way.
Mark introduced himself and assured me his procedures would be thorough and satisfactory. He was friendly and professional and made me feel confident in completing his assignment.
I'm very big on customer service and Green Shield's family owned business pulled through creating a great job. Thank You
