Against my better judgment, I lost the vote and we got a pool. Despite a slow start to the season due to all the crazy rainy weather, Pat always kept us in the loop with regular texts and updates. When the day finally arrived we were WOWED! Son Patrick got this thing dug, built and installed in a couple of days! This kid worked in the hot sun and worked his butt off! Pat was very responsive, holding our hands when we were anxious as new pool owners. We've now had the pool I didn't even want for a month now.....and I love it! Very attractive pool, professional install and great customer service. Highly recommend. Thanks Pat and crew!
I was working with Amy on getting my stubborn pool clear and clean and also repairing my filter! They don't just put the water into the computer, but they actually test it themselves with their own equipment. They are friendly, quick to respond, and their prices are fair. They are conveniently located near the airport in Sanford.

Joanne and Amy know their pool stuff! They are always so kind and helpful. They will always troubleshoot any pool issue with the best outcome, and always keep customer costs and experience in mind.
We live closer to another pool business but haven’t had nearly the kindness or expertise at this other business. Thank you Joanne and the whole East Coast crew!! ?

last year I went to Coleco pool store in Springvaile and not only did I spend over 500+ in chemicals but I was also hung up on and dismissed without ever getting my pool open and running for the summer. East coast pools dealt with my situation calmly and attentively until we got to the bottom of my problem (which was that I needed a phosphorus treatment) and I couldn't be more appreciative for their help.. my son (7) especially was so disappointed last year since it was our first year in our new house and we got so frustrated trying to get the pool swim ready.. they seem much more educated and ready to help a newcomer with pool issues than the competitor who literally shrugged me off because they had "no idea what I could be doing wrong and they helped me all they could and needed to tend to other customers"

I so appreciate the quick service I always get when an issue comes up! I had a problem with the new heater I bought and Pat (the owner ) came right out and told me what the problem was. It was a quick fix that I could do on my own. We’ve had a pool now for several years, ( which we purchased through them )and they have always provided great service and advice. They know pools.!

Being a first year above ground pool owner, I took to a social media group on FB that shared their experiences of being a “ Newbie”
I was shutting down our pool for the year and wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly. I was not…
Amy just happened to see my post and promptly responded. Not only did she take the time to walk me through it, She also answered all of my questions and even sent pictures of how our cover should look.
Why is this significant? Because we live 6 states away!!
East Coast Pool & Spa did not install our pool nor were they obligated to help in any way. However, Amy wanted to make sure that we were being treated correctly by the company that did install our pool.
Our pool installer issued a credit for the wrong pool cover and provided us with the correct one. We would have never known otherwise.
Amy is a pool rockstar, expected nothing in return and took time out of her day to help us along the way!

I see the owner states that they cant "fix what they don't know" as they responded to a 1 star rating. Well....they do know why I gave this one star. I wrote them a letter (very polite, constructive, and to the point). Yet...i received no response. It's only been 2 years since i called and asked for my pool to be opened. Only 8 promises/reschedules later...still nothing. And yes...I've called 4 times last year and 4 times this year. Each time I'm promised a date but given an excuse. I'd consider myself one of the most patient and understanding customers out there. For me to give someone a 1 star says something. 0 follow through and 0 customer service.

Best place for all your pools needs! Staff us friendly & knowledgeable! I've been going for 10 years and they still give me full instructions, makes it so much easier to own a pool!
