We hired Integrity at our realtor's recommendation, and we couldn't be happier. Pat came to our apartment in Gray and provided a reasonable estimate. The 3-person crew (Jake, Gage, and Tyler) were prompt and incredibly polite, professional, and quick. If we ever move again, we wouldnt hesitate to call Integrity. We heartily recommend them and really appreciate the crew's hard work. Thanks for making our move so easy!
We found Integrity Movers easy to work with and very accommodating. The pack-up and move-out from Portland went flawless. We used them to store our belongings while we waited for a condo to be built in Wells. Moving in didn’t go so well. They broke the marble top to an antique chest of drawers (a family heirloom). They damaged a 65” flat screen TV and it is now useless. Lots of dings and dents on smaller less expensive items. It cost almost $2,000 to replace the television. The marble top is priceless and can’t be repaired. We received just $80 in compensation. The end result is that we found Integrity Movers to be careless and insulting. We won’t use them again. If you choose to use them, take out insurance that covers anything of value. We are very disappointed.

Integrity Movers lived up to their name! They took great care in giving me a thorough estimate which was very close to the final price. When I needed to suddenly reschedule the move to be two days earlier, they responded right away (even on a Sunday) and were able to accommodate me. They had a 6-person crew who worked professionally and tirelessly to complete a large local move for me. The only reason I did not give them a 5-star review is that I did have some breakage (I did the packing, so I had no recourse with Integrity Movers) and I did find some instances where boxes marked Fragile were not handled delicately. That said I would still recommend Integrity Movers (and suggest that you use them to pack).

The entire process with Integrity was easy, efficient and well worth every penny that I paid them. The crew that actually did the move (which included 2 pianos, 4 beds, and some stupidly-heavy living room furniture), were cheerful throughout, super careful with my stuff and checked in constantly to make sure that everything was proceeding the way that I wanted. They were extremely thoughtful about locating furniture in the new home to the point where I was relying on them like they were interior designers - they always had the best suggestions. I'm super grateful and would highly recommend Integrity.

First, when I first called I was relieved that someone answered the phone right away. I did not have to go through pressing several numbers or to wait to talk to someone. The person was friendly, easy to understand, and knowledgeable about the process and the schedules. Second, I wanted someone who would come to the house to do the estimate. Someone did come, free of charge. It was good to have that personal connection to the company that would be handling all of my belongings. He arrived right on time, as scheduled, and went through each room. He gave me an estimate that was very close to the final bill. After he left he answered any questions I had by email very quickly. It was nice not to have to do this online or by video. Third, the crew of five who packed me, and the crew of four who moved me, were 100% professional. They worked efficiently with the care of all of my belongings. Throughout, they did what I needed them to do for the move. Every business has little things they could tweak and these were minor. That is the reason for four stars and not five. If I could have, I would have given them 4.8 stars. I highly recommend them. Integrity Movers are my first choice if I move again.

Phenomenal company that lives up to its name! Thorough estimate, friendly crew, care with our belongings. We had a great experience and would definitely use Integrity again.

By far the best moving experience anyone could possibly ask for. The 2 gentleman that did the move were not only the politest guys, but were careful with my belongings. The total cost was also a pleasant surprise, since the final bill came in UNDER the estimate. Thinking about moving, these are the people to call.
