Customer service was the best I have ever experienced from a roofing contractor. Everything was ordered as requested, from the initial estimate Shawn Purvis did an excellent job fully outlining clearly the scope of our roofing tear off and replacement, as well as gutter install. The team had arrived promptly at 7:30 on a Monday, and finished our 3-story Victorian AND our 2 story, 2-car garage by 5:30 that same Tuesday. Watching the team work was unbelievable - they actually left our yard in better condition than when they had arrived. Patrick, the supervisor, was an absolute saint and even came back a few days after the project completion to go over any other questions or concerns we had. His gutter installation was amazing - he strategically placed the downspouts over white trims or pillars so they were perfectly disguised. He and the owner completely understood that this was a substantial investment on our home and were swift in addressing everything. In terms of cost to value - this was the best contracting experience we have ever had. We will be recommending Purvis Roofing/Home Improvement to our friends, family, and will also seek their services in the future for any other property needs we may have. Thank you so much for helping us to restore the natural beauty of our older home!!!

I am in the business of making money, while looking out for the wallets, short and long term of my clients. If you want to invest in a company and product that is backed up by integrity and competence, and know that the core values match up with the rest of us honest hard working Americans then do yourself a really big favor. The first time I met the owner I I was confident and hopeful in the success of a rather large and time sensitive project. At days end as his men (and women) were picking up the last scrap of shingle and making the final check around the site to make sure the only sign that they had ever been there, was a stunningly beautiful, flawless weather tight roof, I could not believe the amount of coordinated effort and team work that they showed. Never have I seen a crew do the amount of work this crew did in 10 hours. On site, on time, on point and off the charts with every aspect of the scope. I’ve never had a crew care about other trades on the project and my final product like these people. Bravo sir to you and your team. There is definitely a lead by example effect in this business and it shows all the way through the ranks. Companies like this are the ones that rule their trade and set the bar for the rest that follow.

We've had Purvis Home Improvement replace our roof - one half last year, the second half this year. In both instances, the owner was incredibly responsive to our inquiries and came out within a day or two to provide estimates. Last year, the very friendly, professional & hardworking crew came out to replace 1/2 the roof and several pieces of wood siding that needed replacing, over two very hot summer days. We were really impressed with the quality of their work, and were so happy with the result. This year, a completely different crew came out to replace the other half of the roof - but again, incredibly friendly, professional & hardworking workers. The owner met the crew here when they arrived, and returned halfway through the day to check on the progress. We are very satisfied with the service and end result of our project with Purvis, and feel we received honest & fair pricing on the work. We've already recommended them to a neighbor, and they will absolutely be at the top of the list for future home improvements.

Owner came for the roof estimate and walk around the property to discuss my areas of concerns. His estimate was inclusive and competitive! Work was scheduled 3 weeks later and his team got right to it at 7am and finished the job timely, and professionally. The clean-up was nice too, and they also ended up installing a seamless gutter, storm door and new light fixture while on site. The final cost did not go over the estimate either, which I was warned about with using other companies. I'm very happy with the service and will use them again in the future!
