Very happy I chose A BEST. I was replacing windows in a home built in the 40's, single layer glass double hungs with marginal weatherstripping. I spoke with a number of replacement window companies to determine next steps. Lindsay did the initial consult, she is knowledgeable and professional. Certainly equal to or better than the other consultants who visited the site. Communication throughout the process was timely and flawless. The installation of 13 windows was done in about 5 hours. Jason's crew was universally polite, competent and efficient. The work was done quickly, the property was kept clean during the process and the final cleanup removed any traces they had been there. While price was not the driving factor in my decision to use them, they were the lowest quote. And being a local company sealed the deal. I am very comfortable recommending this company and would gladly use them for future projects.

A-Best did a phenomenal job on our windows. Kyle, the owner of the company, came out on two separate occasions to confirm that our measurements were correct. After receiving our quote, we set up an install date and waited 8 shorts weeks. Due to a few issues with a couple of the windows on our home, Kyle told us he would be there for the installation to make sure everything went smoothly. During the installation, which was just before Christmas, the timing and efficiency of the team was outstanding, they were done with our 17 windows in 6 hours, finishing earlier than we had expected. The windows are phenomenal and we love everything about them! The locks are secure and the ability to flip open our double hung windows and clean the outside makes cleaning a breeze. Warren did the capping on our windows. He worked extremely hard and his skill truly shows through his work. Our overall experience with A-Best Window was one of a kind, they were all very hard workers and did everything they could to ensure we were happy. We would highly recommend this company as we are very satisfied we chose them for our new windows!

They were also very caring of our home and cleaned everything up after their work - in fact, cleaner than when they arrived1 While we have only just had the windows installed, I have no doubt that they will perform well and we are doubly confident since the windows carry a 20-year warranty. Sometimes in life you run into a person of integrity, a person who treats you like family. We had such an experience today. Our windows are A Best Windows. We were past our warranty and expecting to hear that we should replace all 15 windows. But the owner Jim came out, set to work fixing all our windows himself(some were slipping and a couple off track, etc.) gave us great tips on maintaining/prevention and low cost screen replacement-all the while engaging in the most interesting conversations. Absolutely 5 ⭐️ Please know these folks are good on their word/guarantee and then some. All this for....no charge. (Think of the cost of gas and experience.) No charge! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. And that’s not even the best part. Our window, which are more than 20 years old, are now like new. If you’re looking for new windows, please consider Jim and A Best.
