this is now the second time i have rented from them (a drywall lift and now sanders for floors) and i have to say their selection and quality of equipment is great and their prices are very fair, but the thing that REALLY sets them apart is their customer service! It is beyond anything i’ve ever experienced before and everyone is *so* nice, so helpful, patient and accommodating. I’m so grateful that i found them and Lou is awesome! i will without a doubt rent from them again.

While most of the staff is very nice, the owner (Lou) has a well-deserved reputation for not giving refunds when equipment does not work through no fault of the renter. My experience confirms that. I rented a lift for the weekend. When I went to use it, it would not charge, so I drove 45 minutes back with it the next morning. It charged at their site, but when I got home, it would not charge again. I drove back the next morning and the same thing happened. When I returned it on Monday, they discovered that there was a loose wire causing the problem. I was unable to use the lift all weekend and made two hour and a half round trips and all they would compensate me for was a hundred dollars off another half-day rental. I know a number of people with similar experiences. Make sure that you read all of the 1-star reviews.

I rented a skid steer for a weekend, the price was reasonable. I took one scoop of dirt and the bucket fell off. I have never used a skid steer before and was terrified for a moment, as I thought I had broke it. After reading the entire user manual I put it back on properly and continued to spread soil in my back yard. Do not rent a skid steer if it is going to rain. I have an oil slick in my back yard in the low spots. They were transparent about cleaning fees and mud in the tracks. I hosed the tracks and there was no issues. I took pictures of dents and scrapes before operating it in the event they were going to ding my deposit. I like Grand Rental and will continue to do business with them.

Grand Rental Station gets 5 stars all-around for service, product quality, communication, flexibility, timeliness, and friendliness. My fiancé and I were extremely overwhelmed with all the decisions that needed to be made and had no idea where to start. Elise was super friendly, patient, and took the time to discuss our event day and walked us through all the choices available, one by one, allowing us to calmly make step by step decisions. She made sure we didn’t miss anything. Her professional experience was very apparent and she provided invaluable guidance from beginning to end. She replied to all emails and phone calls promptly and each time we made a change to our final order it was always followed up with a current invoice total. Upon delivery, all paperwork was clearly explained, questions answered, and helpful suggestions were made for setup to keep everything clean and organized. Additionally, helpful breakdown suggestions were made to streamline the process. Lastly, when we compared Grand Rental Station prices to the competition, Grand Rental Station was considerably more affordable with no sacrifice in quality, Grand Rental Station gets my upmost recommendation.
